Horrible service! We had reservations for a group of 12 on Valentines Day. We placed our order at the same time. We didn't receive our drinks until 30 minutes later. Then an hour later only 4 of us received our meals. Everyone else didn't receive their meals until an hour and a half later. The service was awful. You would have thought the food would be hot and no it was cold. Very pricey for the tiny steaks we received. 2 people in our party had to get their meals to go because they were making us late to our concert we were attending there. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. They didn't even want to compensate us for the trouble they put us through. By the way when we arrived there the restaurant was not busy, and they tried to say it was busy. It got busy after we were there for so long. You have got to do better especially on Valentines day and when the hotel is having events there like concerts.

Bartender with an attitude on a Friday night November 15th. We got a table. My husband asked our server how is the salmon and our server said “the salmon is like everywhere else.” Seriously? He brought me wine in a dirty glass and disappeared. My husband went to the bar and asked the bartender for a clean glass. The bartender said we needed to ask our server. My husband explained that he would just pure the wine from dirty glass into the clean one by himself. And the bartender gave him attitude and refused to give him a glass. The restaurant is inside Hilton hotel. We are golden members at Hilton . We literally stay at the same hotel every time we are in Denver. And we are here very often. We spend money at this restaurant every time we stay at the hotel. And we honestly really liked that place for the atmosphere and always left generous tips for bartenders and I even advertised this place on my social media pages. Not anymore. I have no desire to spend my money here and I will not recommend it to anybody.

The food is great however for what you get it is pretty pricey if you do not have the hotel discount. The service was incredible our server Casey was incredibly nice and helpful on all fronts. He atmosphere was a little more adult which matched the connecting bar. Overall lovely experience.

Got the "American Burger - 8oz short rib ground beef patty, brioche bun, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and fries." One of the best burgers I ever had. Ate at the bar and the bartender Rob was super nice and pleasure to talk to. My wife got the same thing, but with sweet potato fries, they were awesome too!

The staff that handled breakfast was attentive and accommodating. The fresh fruit on the buffet was outstanding to say the least. Slimane was soooo attentive!

Doug made this dinner experience a great one! He was extremely attentive on every front. He worked the bar and our table effortlessly. He kept us informed of our food orders. The kitchen was bombarded with a few large groups at once. We understood and didn't make a fuss about it. Doug made sure he took care of us! I was also grateful for the vegetarian options!

Hilton's breakfast restaurant. A very kind lady cooks home made-style, American breakfast almost every morning. Beside the usual buffet, eggs and waffles are also made to order.

The Turkey Croissant sandwich was amazing. Great combination with the bacon and the spread. The fries were battered in beer and delicious.
