This Wendy's location is understaffed or something else major is wrong. If you go during any meal time, expect at least a 15-minute wait in the Drive-Thru. Last night it was a 40 to 45 minute wait time in the Drive-Thru. Drive thru menu has not worked in over a month.

Something is wrong with this Wendy’s. It’s SEVERELY understaffed. You will sit in the drive though for a good 20 minutes sometimes. You will get to the speaker and will have to sit and wait another few minutes before anyone takes your order. Then you will have to wait even longer to receive your food. May as well go sit in a restaurant t at this point. This is NOT fast food. There are no apologies for the wait. All you get is a “yeah we only have two people working today total or I’m the only one here currently.” It’s absolutely ridiculous. Whoever owns this franchise or manages it needs to listen to their customers.

Slowest drive thru ever, doesn't matter when you go, it's always slow (and I mean excruciatingly slow). Getting your order correct is also iffy. Gave them lots of chances because it's very convenient for us, but it's not worth the aggravation, you're better off going across the street to Taco Bell or to the other side of the freeway to McDonald's.

I hate leaving bad reviews but Wendy’s needs to pay attention to what is happening in NW Arkansas Wendy’s. The Monroe Ave location always seems to struggle, but now the Sunset one as well. Despite both locations receiving my mobile order, I went to both locations and neither one was open tonight. The Monroe location was completely dark with no signage indicating they were not operating. When i went to the Sunset Avenue location, the 2 people inside simply ignored us and didn’t come to the window. Thankfully I was able to cancel my mobile order.

The food here is always good, the service during the early afternoon though needs much improvement. The staff needs to work together more and stop delegating responsibilities to a single individual. The staff member who took our order was told to clean the restrooms, leaving the cashier unattended and unable to serve patrons.

This place is not a bad place to eat, the food is great and so is the atmosphere, but the staff needs to work better as a team

I've tried going to this place multiple times and every time me and my significant other have had problems every time. Their dining area is closed majority of the time we've gone during the morning, during the day, during the night their lobby is always closed. Drive through can take anywhere between 15 minutes -1 hour 30 minutes doesn't matter the time of day or how many cars are in front of you. They never give out utensils with out being asked, they do not have friendly staff, food sometimes comes out cold or missing ingredients, Whoever is running this venue I wouldn't trust to run a hotdog stand to be honest. It has been months since it has been open and not a single time from The day they opened till now they have not improved their service. I would sack the management staff and start over because the current combination of management for this Wendy's just flat out doesn't work.

Showed up at 5:30 and was advised they closed at 5 no sign posted just door locked. Yes there was a dusting of snow on the ground but good god put a freaking sign on the door. Have gone to this location multiple times with some issues every time. Going forward will be using another Wendys.
