Mulberry picking experience at Very Mulberry in Brentwood was a slam-dunk 5-star experience from start to finish.

The process was incredibly organized, even though the farm was bustling. The $8 parking fee doubled as registration for our entire group, which saved time (DO THIS ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME). Filling out the online waiver beforehand helped speed things up, too. The friendly staff efficiently directed us in and out of the parking area.

Right by the entrance, there were stations for everything you needed. We grabbed empty boxes for our mulberry bounty, then picked up the essential mulberry-picking equipment (refundable $20 deposit – genius!). This handy tool definitely came in clutch for reaching those high-hanging, juicy mulberries. There was even a dedicated station for packing our boxes and another for paying – they even sell delicious mulberry jam!

The farm had accessible porter potties and water stations (not for drinking water) near both the entrance and the parking area, which was a thoughtful touch.

The best part? The mulberries themselves! We ventured towards the back of the orchard, a tip we overheard, and discovered a treasure trove of the biggest, darkest, and sweetest mulberries we'd ever seen. Picking them with the tool was a breeze, and the first bite was pure heaven. Absolutely loved the sweet and refreshing flavor – a first-time experience I won't forget!

The farm was definitely buzzing with activity, but it didn't detract from the fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was incredibly well-organized.

Head to the back of the orchard for the best mulberries, fill out the waiver online beforehand, and don't forget your sun protection!

If you're looking for a fun, delicious, and unique activity, Very Mulberry is a must-visit. We can't wait to go back next season!

Amazing experience. Mulberries are good for health and u-pick allows you to pick as much you want. Mulberries are roped and very tasty to eat. We get white mulberries as well here and are so sweet. Very organized and HS volunteers help to regulate traffic and crowd. We can eat mulberries as well while we pick. Reserve/Book your appointment for the pick and you really enjoy.

This is our very first time experiencing Mulberry Upick.Mulberries are very tasty,very healthy and very mulberry.
So in love with mulberries.they are just melting in my mouth.a must try and very fun activity with family.our kids enjoyed picking their own Mulberries.

1. Reserve before you go for weekends. For weekdays , they do not need reservations. I had to do online reservation while we were on the way as we need to show our reservation at entry point. Per car, you pay 8 dollars. Please go through the process in their website for more details

2. Things to carry: Good sun screen , Hats and a cooler bag to bring back the fruits you pick and most important carry cash for 20$. The fruit catcher stick can be rented for 20$ in cash only.

3. Well managed place . Water, restrooms available, staff very friendly. Worth driving to this place. Enjoyed having this fruit for the first time..

My boyfriend and I came here and had the best time! It was very hot and sunny late May - but the trees gave us some shade. Definitely pack on that spf and wear a hat! This farm is organized and well kept overall. Wear shoes though! Many spiky foxtails in the grass.

Lots of families come here, so I recommend going deep into the farm to find less crowded area - and more mulberries! We came in the middle of the season (May 30) and many of the trees were picked clean already!!! Luckily we found some trees that had a good amount of ripe mulberries - but we only filled about two boxes within an hour.
