Had an amazing lunch here! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The staff was super friendly, professional, and welcoming, making the experience even better. The decor has a cozy and charming vibe, adding to the great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes were just right—even for me at 211 pounds! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with great service. Will definitely be coming back!

Always very pleasant. We had the Gouda Omelet (he always gets) and this time I tried the Veggie Burrito- HUGE, full of veggies, cheese, eggs! In a nice flour tortilla with green chili gravy. The potatoes are the hash browns- which I love! It's all the same veggies in the Veggie Omelet. Don't forget to get your cream and sugar for your coffee, further in, not right by the door. Luckily I had some for him. 😏

This is without a doubt the BEST dinning experience I've ever had. Seriously. Not only is the food excellent and super fast, the service is truly outstanding.

My husband and I decided to give this spot a try during our trip to Pagosa Springs for our 13 year anniversary. It was after noon and we were really wanted breakfast/brunch but a lot of other restaurants had already stopped serving breakfast. Thankfully they have breakfast options available for "late risers" like us!

We ordered some hot drinks to get us started. I ordered the chocolatey schnapps which was PERFECT and my husband ordered a peppermint mocha which was divine. Then we shared the smothered burrito which was full of flavor and filling!

Again, the staff are the true all stars and really left a memorable experience which is why we decided to come back the next day.

During our second trip, Matt took care of us. He is a true gem. Not only is he attentive he is personable and so friendly. He even remembered from the day before even though he didn't take care of us. We absolutely LOVED watching him interact with EVERYONE. We felt so welcome!

PLEASE give this spot a try. You will not be disappointed. The food is outstanding! Especially The Skier. SO FREAKING GOOD. We ordered this on our second visit and were blown away. The hashbrowns, perfect. The sausage, thicccc. The green chili, fire. The gravy, slapping. The biscuit, buttery. Seriously PERFECT. *chef's kiss*

A Deliciously Unique Experience at 2 Chicks and a Hippie!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 2 Chicks and a Hippie, and I can confidently say that the food was AMAZING! My husband and I were both excited to try different dishes, and we were not disappointed.

He ordered the Southern Burritos, which were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. I opted for the Skier, and I was thrilled with my choice! The combination of half gravy and half green chili was a HIT! It created a delightful blend of rich and zesty flavors that made every bite a treat.

We arrived during peak hours and had a 30-minute wait, but it was well worth it! While we waited, we enjoyed browsing the charming second-hand store next door, which added an extra element of fun to our outing.

The atmosphere at 2 Chicks and a Hippie was inviting and lively, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that offers delicious food with a unique twist, along with some fun shopping nearby, this is definitely the spot to check out. We can't wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend!

The food is really good. My husband had the Gouda Burrito and says, “it was good-a.” 🙄 What a dork.

I had the Hippie with chocolate chips and walnuts. Sooo good! The pancakes were light and fluffy. Mimosa- quite tasty. Let’s not forget the sticky bun and the cinnamon rolls we took with us…heavenly. Seriously…life changing! I just want to take the center of the sticky bun and the center of the cinnamon roll and squish them together like a sandwich!! Get both of them.

They are busy but have a really great system to keep the wait to a minimum. The waitlist gadget read that we had 6 groups in front of us and we were sat within 5 minutes.

Great atmosphere. Cute restaurant. Friendly and upbeat staff. Too bad it’s 4 hours from my home.

Quaint little restaurant on west side of Pagosa Springs. Homey feeling 😁. Great wait staff. Delicious breakfast foods 🤤. AMAZING pastries. I had the Hippie omelet with green chile sauce. Yum 😋. Opted to take a sticky bun and a cherry cream cheese turnover to go. Great choices 😉. The cherry cream cheese turnover was flaky and fruity and I wish I had bought two of them! Highly recommended.
