Excellent service when they got a huge rush of customers all at once! The boba itself was a pretty good standard and the space is nice, bright, and clean. It’s nice that they have Vietnamese food options as well. Would come back when in the area.

I was in the area meeting friends and decided to grab some boba. While I didn't go inside myself—my husband picked up our drinks—I can confidently say this was some of the best-tasting boba I’ve had in a long time!

I’m a classic milk tea with boba fan through and through, but many places somehow miss the mark on such a simple yet timeless drink. This shop absolutely nailed it! The flavor was rich, the tea was perfectly balanced, and the boba had just the right texture. I only wish this place was closer to home so I could visit more often!

Had a yummy tea and veggie spring rolls. Love the exterior sign and the inside is pretty cool with the tiger print on the wall. Chairs are comfortable too. Would like to come back and try other flavors!

I ordered strawberry pooped boba with my peach and passion green tea but got the regural tapioca boba instead... was a bit disapointed by that. The green tea was also a bit too much sweet but the fruity taste was good.
The other one Ube-taro brown sugar boba was absolutely delicious!
Will order again!

Both tea and smoothie drinks we ordered were made perfectly. The fruit tea were refreshing and the smoothie drink was perfect consistency and level of sweetness. They also have lots of pastry and dessert option, but we didn’t order one, so can’t say about the flavor and quality of it.

WOW. We went just because it was close to the movie theater, but I am blown away. As someone who keeps a lot of favorite bakeries and tea shops, this has really flown to the top ranks. I got the hot taro milk tea and I'm in love. Gunther was such a helpful employee and so comfortable to talk to.

Delicious milk tea and food at this location. The staff is amazingly sweet as well. I will definitely be back. I actually got two drinks because I didn't listen to them when they said shake this one well and I shook it poorly so it didn't really last me very long but that's okay that was on me let me order another drink haha. So if they tell you to shake it well then you should listen to them lmao. Overall it was delicious anyway though. I got a cream cheese cruffin to go with my drinks and that was so decadent and delicious. Somehow I managed to eat it without making a mess as well so that was amazing lol. My daughter got some crab cheese wontons and she said she was surprised the food was so good for a boba place, so they clearly give love and attention to both sides of their menu. Highly recommended to fans of milk tea, boba or Asian food.

This is a hidden gem! The boba teas are great but the food is the best surprise. Unexpected to find such delicious bahn mi and fresh spring rolls in a boba shop! If you stop in, get something to eat you will love it!
