THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!The employees have no concern for the anyone with disabilities and offer no help besides to as a criminal for needing assistance at the fuel pump!!! however they sure know how to call the police for a person that is disabled avoid this fuel station ⛽️

Absolutely love the staff at this gas station! The older ladies have been there long enough to know who the regulars there. It’s always nice to walk in and hear, “Hey! Where have you been?! We haven’t seen you in a while!” They’re great at remembering which tobacco products I use and are always helpful when I’m looking for a specific item.

Also, they have Shell gasoline, which is my preferred fuel brand. It is priced a little higher due to it being branded by Shell and for the station being located so close to the highway and shopping centers. Typically fuel prices are higher when they are geographically located closer to major highways, regardless of brand or ownership. So, I won’t hold that against the team here.

On 2/6/2017 I arrived at the shell at 9:55, planning accordingly because they close at ten. When I got to the door and it was locked I motioned to the woman that is was only 9:55. She then gave me a thumbs up with a very smug face. Check the cameras.. not making this up. She then proceeded to the door (realizing what she had just done) to reconcile and tells me her till is closed. I mentioned that she isn't supposed to close until ten. She said she can shut down early if she wants. Having managed guest service departments, and retail stores in Breckenridge for the last ten years, I told her that I would be pissed if an employee did this. She closed the door and locked it again. I have been getting gas here for the past 5 months at 20 gallons every third day. Do the math. Stiff penalty for closing early and having attitude. Needless to say, I will no longer do business here and I recommend to the few that read this that you dont either. Maybe the hours sign should have an appropriately placed " ish" after the 10:00pm.

The young man working closing this evening ess very pleasant and went out of his way to help me out. It's always great to see hard workers willing to go above the requirement to help customers and make it an enjoyable interaction. Thank you foraking the last stop of my day a pleasant one.

Pump #7 is SO SLOW. I wrote this review while it pumped 2 gallons. It took 6 minutes to pump 14 gallons.

Usually a decent location. I am confirming the excessive early closings. I went today at 6:15pm and they were already closed, closing time of 9:00pm posted. This is not the first time I have noticed either. I recommend the nearby 7 elevens in the evening.

Price above average and worst customer service. No assistance can be provided for people with disability because there is never enough people working. I am paraplegic and was told to “do it myself” but the attendant in a very rude way.
