1st time here & it was an experience ! The guy that helped us was great, I’m terrible with names, SORRY !! We got the watermelon paleta with powdered chili & chamoy , a peach lemonade , dorinachos , & palenta waffles with dark/milk chocolate , blueberries , bananas , & nuts . My husband also got udon noodles with chicken & veggies . Everything was amazing !! Go check them out !!

This is legit my new favorite place. It's new but it has such a cool vibe. I recommend going in for the Vietnamese spring rolls and pho, they make their own peanut sauce. Then the paletas (mexican ice cream). I like the avocado with some tropical fruit. They have a nice spin on elote as well. They also make their aguas frescas fresh here too! Great atmosphere as there is plenty of room to hang out and great service that was fast and very friendly. If you are coming from Manitou springs it is a great place to stop in for dessert or a snack. When you first walk in it is the paleta bar, take 10 steps and you will see the Vietnamese food.

This Palate bar is amazing! I love the paleta bars in New Mexico and so happy they came to Springs! This location is the best! So many flavors and very unique flavors as well!

I usually go to the one downtown.. Decided to come up here to this one. Called to make sure they had the fruta con crema. They did! Lots of fruit options actually. We got a strawberry cheesecake paleta and I got a large fruta con crema. I asked for banana, strawberry & watermelon. The guy put a half banana (not cut up) with the rest of the fruit. I had asked him to cut it because well it’s just strange not too. Next he filled up the cup with the cream. Asking me how much… just strange. Over all the desserts were tasty as I was expecting. Customer service was just off. Place has tons of toppings and things to add to whatever you get. Would definitely recommend!

Not the usual dessert shop with a theme that is all about the popsicle (paleta). This location has more flavors than the one in downtown. The chili watermelon was a good hit of savory with the sweet...also good with a dip of dark chocolate. Definitely worth checking out!

We came at 8:47pm and they still had the OPEN sign on. We walked up to the front door and it was closed/locked. Why have a closing time of 9pm, but close 10 mins before. Might as well have a closing time of 8:50pm.

This place is newly opened, and boy are we glad! The food, atmosphere, customer service is fantastic! We order 3 combos, and a large Pho. The combo portions are huge, plan on left overs! Next time we will try the Palenta Bar. Thank you, Drew!
