First time trying this place, I went in just for a ribeye or porter house. Saw their selection of fresh made brats. Everyone was great. I talked to the butcher, and I ended up getting 2 Irish bangers to cook for dinner while the rest of the family was out of town. Oh man, they were great! Made just as you have read about. Wish I would of bought and cooked more. The 2 were still 3/4lbs.

I love a good sandwich and these sandwiches are really great! I went with a build your own - Turkey sandwich on wheat. Really fresh and flavorful!

Also purchased a couple of NY strips and some bacon. Enjoyed the steaks last night and they were extremely tender. Will be back!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Monday. There were people inside but no line. Once we placed our order, it took about 10 minutes to bring it out. The sandwiches were freshly made, California was lightly toasted and the Philly meat was warm with melted cheese.
The sandwiches had two options for size, 4 oz and 8 oz. We got the 4 oz. More than enough for lunch. We were mixed on the taste, I thought it was better than average and my Bride thought they were just okay. Sorry, the photos are of only half the sandwiches, I forgot to take photos of them in whole... Must have been my rush at lunch hour.

I have friends who recently tried this place and they said it’s horrible and they would never go back. I gave Merc the benefit of the doubt & tried anyway. Unfortunately worst club sandwich I’ve ever had, took 2 bites and threw it in the garbage. Was supposed to have bacon in addition to ham & turkey but no bacon on sandwich. Bread (Texas Toast) wasn’t toasted and soggy, greasy cheese, barely any lettuce, tomato, onion and WAY too much ranch! I’ll never go back again.

I had the 8oz Italian sandwich and it was amazing. Pry best tasting meat I ever had on a sandwich. Great macaroni salad too! I think was better than frank the butcher! This place was cozy and friendly staff and great meat in the butcher room. I picked up some links can't wait to try. I'll definitely be back!

I moved to Colorado in 2017. I’ve been going to another meat market for years. I wanted to buy closer to home and try Merc out. When I went into the location I was looking at the prices on the website compared to what was on their white board, There is a big difference between the prices. I said something to the gentleman and I was told they’re locked out of the account, but he seems to be able to respond to reviews. So that seems odd to me. I was greets by a young man who I told what packages I wanted to order. I told him I had to run an errand and I’d be back to pick it up. When I returned I was greeted by another gentleman who went over my order and said it would be ready in 3 days. I haven’t ran into this situation at the other Meat Market but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The gentleman told me he would call me when he prepared my order to confirm it would be ready. He said they would probably start it on Friday and freeze it and we could pick it up Saturday before they close. Saturday came and I hadn’t heard anything so I called 4 times and there was no answer. I drove up there and the gentleman I spoke with was there and said my order was ready and another guy was packing everything up for me. When he was done, we went to the counter so I could pay. The gentleman never told me my total, I had to ask and he was a man of few words, but took care of me and took the order to my car. I got home and thawed out some meet and it’s definitely lacking quality I’m used to. I have opened and used 4 lbs of meat and all of it is discolored on the inside. I know it’s due to lack of oxygen but this is a first for me. The taste isn’t what I’m used to and unfortunately I spent $240 on meat so it will be a few weeks before it’s gone and I’m able go back to my regular Meat Market. I’m pretty disappointed and I won’t be returning.

This is the best butcher/processor place in the area. Highly recommend because they take time to talk to you ask about your needs and wants. Great recommendationsnon meats you need and preparation techniques.

Place always had delicious cuts and is decently priced. Here you'll find a variety of cuts along with a smoothie and milkshake bar. Coffee and other merch for sale. Great spot for good beef and other meats. 10 outta 10 would recommend.
