Previously, I have had good experiences with Enchanted Florist but there was nothing enchanting about my most recent experience. The flowers were delivered at almost 6 pm on Valentine's Day, slow enough for me to get the side eye from the Mrs. Especially after I had to call the florist to check on the flowers because I received an automated email at 4:30 saying the flowers were delivered -- they were not. The bouquet, which was about $170, arrived looking droopy and sad with broken petals.

Now I'm stuck wishing I would have went with a $30 bouquet from King Soopers.

Enchanted Florist has been my "go to" florist for 25 years. They did an amazing job for my Dad's funeral 3 years ago and continue to provide lovely flower arrangements for my mom. Whether I order online or in person the arrangements are lovely. Special Note: When we walk into Jackson Creek Senior Living with an arrangement from The Enchanted Florist the receptionist always asks "Is that from Enchanted Florist?" Proud to support a small business!

Outstanding. We love to shop local and these guys always deliver exceptional arrangements with the freshest flowers. I ordered a designers choice arrangement for our 20th anniversary. I absolutely love The Enchanted Florist and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning wedding bouquet. I came in for a consult a few months before and picked out what I wanted in my bouquet and the finished product was even more amazing than I originally thought it would be. I've placed orders online/over the phone through Enchanted Florist a couple of times but just recently went in to order a bouquet to be delivered to my niece for her 16th birthday. I asked for 16 roses in different colors and expected they'd be small white, yellow, and light pink things with some baby's breath and greenery since I wasn't more specific. The woman who took my order, Bee?, was friendly and helpful and got all the details taken care of then invited me to look around the shop.
Today, I received a picture of the bouquet and was delighted with how big and beautiful it is!
I highly recommend using this florist if you're looking for a fanciful or unique gift, fresh flowers, and especially for deliveries in the Tri-Lakes area.

Flakey and now rude - ordered flowers for an anniversary and they did not deliver. Did not receive a call until the next day (after calling many times that day and the next -there is also no ability to leave a message "at this time" was the recording). When they did call they said ‘sorry it was a glitch’ —— “do you still want us to still deliver the flowers ?” I told them ‘it's really kind of too late’ *** Unreliable
*UPDATE- telling me I should have planned better is not a response I would have expected. Even if I placed the order a year ago - the same "glitch" would have happened the day of my delivery. I used the website because they didn't answer the phone and got a confirmation that they would be delivered/ what more can a customer do? The negative feedback I got from them shifting blaming to me - makes me sure I did the right thing by leaving this review. I don’t go out of my way to leave negative ones unless earned - I leave positive ones and love to support local businesses that are doing good work.

Locally owned, staff is always professional and polite. Arrangements have always been the best and breathtaking with very good quality flowers. I always recommend this sweet little shop to everyone! I love the fact that we are next door to them as well. 🙂
