Located in the heart of Brisbane Downtown is the distributor of Boba Guys! Named The Burrow due to the Aardvark the mascot of Boba Guys, an animal that burrows haha. Really good boba!! Whenever open, I usually see a family waiting for their boba. Very pleasant location right next to Brisbane library as well. Come check it out! Also cool cus in the back they have a bunch of people working in a warehouse environment

Walked in here today to grab a boba drink with my daughter. I ordered a matcha mango latte with boba and daughter got a classic milk tea with boba. We love our drinks. staff was super friendly and asked for feedbacks or need to adjust the drink for us or not.

This is our go-to spot for big group orders just because of their flexible menu that is so carefully designed to cater to everyone dietary needs (plenty of non-dairy options available and all milks are organic).
We ordered 10 drinks in-store and the staff was super efficient in prepping it all within 5 minutes! Their spring-summer specials are A-Mazing especially the Pastel Paradise Cloud.

This is a take out only location. Drinks came out pretty quick. Have tried several, they are all good, only downside is their tapioca pearls usually kinda hard to chew. The peeps who are taking the order typically nice and friendly, but on 5/21 around 3:30/4PM someone in charge had hella attitude. Maybe if she really doesn’t want to deal with customer she can just stay in the kitchen.

I love Boba Guys quality, and it's nice having it so close to work!

Fun Fact: It's called "The Burrow" since Anteaters all come home to burrow, and this is their "home" base. Also, this is their production location!

Went to visit on a Monday holiday and it was quite busy. Ordered their Black Sesame Latte with boba and it was not how I expected it to taste like, but still good. This drink is made with rice milk so the drink is much thinner than if it were made with milk. The boba was cooked perfectly. Definitely need to try their Brown Sugar Hojicha next time!

Parking was easy, staff was polite and helpful. Way easier to get to than having to go all the way to the Mission for Boba Guys. They have a special Care Bears-themed drink that tastes like cereal milk.
