I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Kitchen and was absolutely blown away! While they don't take reservations, and we did have to wait about an hour and twenty minutes for our party of seven to get seated, it was absolutely worth the wait. We started with the Summer Rolls with Shrimp which were fresh and flavorful with a delicious dipping sauce. For soup, we couldn't resist the classic Tom Yum, and it was the perfect balance of spicy and sour.

Our main courses were a delightful journey through Thai cuisine. The Panang Curry Shrimp was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of heat. We also loved the Fried Rice with Shrimp, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Pad Thai was another standout dish, with perfectly balanced sweet and savory notes. And we can't forget the Sesame Chicken, which was crispy, savory, and incredibly satisfying. Of course, no Thai meal is complete without sticky rice, which was the perfect accompaniment to all our dishes.

Overall, Thai Kitchen provided a fantastic dining experience. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Just be aware that you may have a bit of a wait, especially with a larger group. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine.

I arrives at approximately 8:00pm on a Sunday March 9, 2025. This was a friendly, family-owned place that was cozy and inviting. Although it was busy, we were seated very quickly.
I had the beef pad see-ew, and it was outstanding—definitely one of the best I have ever had. The only change I would suggest is to reduce the salt a bit, but the dish itself was great. The service was also great. Even when the restaurant was packed, our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Overall, the ambiance was charming, and the service was just amazing. I wish that I could be here more often, but since I am here on vacation, I will have to appreciate the experience while I am here. Truly a hidden gem!

Everything was great! We had a big party, and filled the place up. It was hot and the AC units were struggling to keep up, but the food overpowered any lack of AC keeping up. It was really tasty! I had the chicken drunken noodles and my wife had the chicken pad Thai. I normally do shrimp, but they don’t do substitutions. I was skeptical, but went for it and it was awesome! My medium was pretty spicy as I was sweating, but it was good!

If you are looking for an authentic Thai experience then look no further. The food is good, not exceptional, but flavorful. The atmosphere reminded me of visits to Bangkok or Vietnam. Crowded and loud. Almost a shouting match to order. Shoulder to shoulder with your table mates or the table / chair next to you. Walk in only. As I said. A bit of Thailand in the middle of Colorado.

Best Thai food I've ever had! Everything was fresh and of high quality. We ordered take out (which was convenient using their online ordering via the website) and everything was packed up neatly for easy transport... And they included everything we needed (utensils, napkins, sauces).
When we walked into the restaurant to pick up the order, we were greeted and thanked by every employee in the place-even the cooks in the kitchen. It was so nice and just added to the great experience we had dining on their delicious food.
Their pineapple fried rice is a MUST have-so flavorful and full of pineapple and cashew pieces. I wish I could order some right now and have it sent to NY lol-it was so delicious and much better than any other Thai restaurant I've been to. The panang I had was also top notch-and there was plenty of the sauce unlike some others I've had. The spring rolls and dumplings were fantastic, perfectly crispy and super flavorful. For dessert I recommend trying the fried banana served with coconut ice cream-So good and perfect after the savory stuff.

Thank you to all of the restaurant employees for preparing such an incredible meal and for being so welcoming and friendly. Hope to be back soon!
