I go to this Target almost daily as it's the only one in the area and never have I ever had an experience like the one I just had. HUNTER the customer service "manager" is very rude and argumentative with customers. I went to fix a mistake that the nice cashier accidentally made and he immediately got defensive and said it was the systems fault. I was trying to explain to him what happened and he kept talking over me and then stated the promotion the cashier was trying to honor was "expired" and he wasn't going to honor it and to get out of his store. I said if the cashier honored it why couldn't he and his response was "because I don't have to and I have the right to refuse service to anyone". I said I wanted my $ back to which he then called the security guard over to escort us out and when we were trying to tell her what happened he still wouldn't let us speak. Long story short, we got it fixed after the LP calmed this guy down. He stated he's tired of "people like us" coming into "his store" yelling at him. (We didn't raise our voice once) so I told him obviously he's the problem if he's had multiple customers upset with his service. DO BETTER!

I went to Target to make a return, I was 1 day past the return date and was told they couldn't do anything. I explained that I wasn't given a recipient at time of purchase so I wasn't aware of the date. The staff was not friendly and actually quite rude.

Was not very pleased with my visit. The cashier that was in charge for me tonight was obnoxiously rude. Did not handle my stuff with care. Do not know how he got hired to work in a customer service place. His momma did NOT raise this boy rights. Where are the manners these days. VERY VERY disappointed. Name tag was Adrian. Will not go again. And hopefully the manager gets take full charge of this boy.

I love Target. I can't give it a bad review. The staff always reminds me to use my target app, the store is clean and well stocked, however I think they must get scammed alot because I feel overly questioned anytime I return something. And when I say something had a sign that it was on sale, a good chunk of the time it doesn't ring in correctly and I have to take a picture to show them and even with photo evidence they seem skeptical. I just wish sale items would be linked with the register and the staff not look at me like a thief, then it would be perfect.

First, it’s Target and it’s less than two miles from our house. Win! Secondly, it’s clean, well organized and has a good selection of items. The staff is helpful, kind and always remind me to use my Target app to save money. Also, the extended holiday hours are wonderful and allow for late night boredom purchases of things that my husband say aren’t “necessary”. Perfect!
Now if they could just swap the inside Starbucks with a satellite San Juan Brews, I may just have to move into their home goods aisle and stay forever.
