I LOVE going here. The food and service is EXCELLENT! And since they've moved to the Kennett Square, it's much more like a coool cafe atmosphere! I only wish they'd play more relaxing jazz style music/cafe music. Also, the employees can be pretty loud when talking with customers they know. I really wanted it to be a place I could just relax and read etc... with a cup of coffee and a sandwich or pastry or whatever. Hard to do when the chatter between customers and employees is so loud.

Chocolate fudge cake with coffee filling?. Absolute best cake ever and the cupcakes are to die for. Employees are nice and service is always excellent.

Desserts are delicious - cupcakes were super moist and fresh!! Also tried the strawberry cheesecake croissant along with chocolate one. Both were fantastic. The owner is a dear friend and so sweet with much attention to the details!! We had lunch and our paninis were so good!!! Toasted to perfection, too!! Definitely recommend this dine in or carry out business!!

Awesome place! Burger was delicious and made of real beef. Baked goodies are to die for and customer service was excellent. Chad, the owner, actually cooked our food and chatted with us. Stopped by on a cross country trip and would definitely recommend.

First time my hubby went there he got a chicken salad and said it was awesome. For 12$. Went back yesterday and the lettuce was soggy and wilted and the chicken was shredded not a filet and was charged 15$ he asked a really big woman about it and she said he was charged extra for the chicken. He said it says 12$ for chicken salad. Not 3$ if you want chicken. She said something smart and he walked out. Will not be going back there.

This place was fabulous! The ladies were so nice and the food was wonderful! They make their own ranch dressing that is superb, definitely a new favorite when we're in Kennett. Bought a slice of strawberry cheesecake for the road because it looks so yummy!

Excellent service, wide variety of pastries, and great lunch menu. The new downtown location is even better than before, the look and atmosphere makes you forget you're in a small town. I love Sweet Mayhem!

Been ordering the same sandwich from Sweet Mayhem since they opened their business. It’s a special sandwich they make it for me every few weeks or so. Today it got messed up and I called about it. I was given a menu and told that I now have to order from said menu because that’s what causes the confusion. WHAT? They charge me nearly 15$ for the sandwich which I pay every time!!! But everyone let me ask you. How hard is it to make a chicken BLT with Mayo NEVER GOING BACK!!
