I’ve been going here at least 5-6 times a week for almost a full year now. I’ve had some bad experiences with the quality of the food and coffee, but I keep returning because most of the time they are good. Over the last month the plastic cups and lids smell like really strong perfume. I’ve had to clean the cups more than twice now. Today my hot drink lid and even the rim of the cup smells like horrible strong perfume. This time I can’t even drink the coffee because the perfume made its way into the drink since it was on the inside rim of the cup. I hate being an annoying customer so I just let it go the first few times it happened. But today I finally called and let them know I’ve had this problem several times and the girl just said “so sorry about that. Thanks for letting us know. Have a good day!”

These are almost $7 coffees and my partner and I have spent hundreds of dollars here. They didn’t even offer a free drink. I found that to be really bad customer service. I’m not just out to get free drinks, but I couldn’t even drink this one. I don’t know if I’ll return in the future. Edit: I won’t.

Also the responses to the bad reviews from the owner are odd. Usually places offer to fix the problems. But nope not this place.

I’ve been here a few times now. My first experience they didn’t know how to answer any questions about the menu, but my drink was okay. My second visit I’m taking one star away for the lack of customer service and not acknowledging their customer. I stood there 5 minutes without being welcomed and I observed 6 of the employees talking to each other, looking at me and looking away. I could see if they were busy but I was the only one in line so there’s no excuse for that. I’m taking another star off due to my drink not being properly blended and having clumps in it. I’m taking away another star because when I told one of the girls a drink they made on one visit was made wrong without the ingredients I requested, her response was, “interesting”, and then she asked what I wanted. I’ve never gotten a response like that from any place that messed up my order. Other places I go to regularly if they mess up your order, they remake your drink instead of saying, “interesting”. I’m taking another star away because when I ordered an Americano, the coffee tasted bitter and sour. You can always tell if a place has good coffee when there’s nothing added to it. It’s different when they cover it up with all the sugar and milks. I gave this place a try, but not sure I’ll return after my experiences.

I really like this place. The coffee is excellent and couple food items I've tried are great and decent size for the price too. The employees are very kind as well.

I stopped going to Starbucks and started going to this coffee shop because it’s right around the corner from my place and I like to try to support local. That being said every single time I’ve gone I’ve gotten horrible service. I See lots of people standing around doing nothing while I’m waiting for a long time on my order on my way to work. The girls were baffled when I got their attention and asked if they were “on the clock”.They replied “yeah but I’m not working the drive thru”! As someone that has worked in the industry I know their should be no sitting around when people are waiting/watching and there was no reason that one of the other girls could not have cashed me out so I could leave a little bit faster. They were upset with my frustration and acted very above it all. If you don’t need the job, then quit! Whoever is in charge of these ladies really needs to take a mental inventory of what they are paying them because I venture to say it’s too much! Last, but not least their drinks have a very bad ice to liquid ratio and their breakfast in a cup never tastes the same.. Just saying!

The coffee is super delicious. The drinks sizes were perfect. The only thing was i got a maple croissant and it was a little mushy even after they warmed it but it was still good. I would totally go again

Our new favorite coffee shop in Chico! This adorable place is run by a sweet mother-daughter duo and sells locally sourced food and drinks. We tried the breakfast sandwich and Denver breakfast burrito. Both were exceptional. Real food that is real delicious. We had blended coffees that were sweet and smooth. The staff provided great customer service and even had a dog bone for our pups. We'll come back when we're in town next time. Definitely recommend! The even had gluten free options.

GREAT bagels. Had to go back for seconds of their absolutely stellar cylindrical toasted treats. Needs real plants, gotta keep ‘em humble. But fr, good grub.

I really wanted to love this place and for awhile, I did! I really loved their matcha. Unfortunately the quality is inconsistent. I've had several issues with the drinks here, often finding them incorrect. I've asked for remakes a couple of times because I can't justify spending $7 on a drink I can't enjoy. It’s getting tiring and often I leave there disappointed. Today I left with two drinks that are undrinkable.

Their breakfast sandwiches, however, are absolutely delicious!

The drive thru is very convenient. It can be slow especially if ordering food, which make sense. It might be helpful for people to know that it isn’t a quick drive through at times.
