Tiramisu Sulbing was great! I would have preferred the espresso shot chilled for a pour over. My cousin on the other hand enjoyed it the way it was. Restaurant was clean, simple architecture, and design.

Pretty clean, simple, modern, and cute dessert cafe vibe. The best bingsoo (korean shaved ice) in Colorado. It is a number one bingsoo franchise from S. Korea. Also, good other desserts such as croffle, viral begetable bread including sweet potato buns. Multigrain latte is goo, too! Strongly recommend for dessert! Now they also have mini bingsoo available for solo proportion.

Such a cute Korean dessert cafe! The couple behind the counter are so nice and the bingsu is light and delicious! I tried the injeolmi flavor and it was lightly sweetened and had a mild nutty flavor. A perfect little midday treat!

It was great to experience Korean shaved ice in Colorado. There were many flavors to choose from. I visited often to try various experiences. I was always satisfied. You might think it's expensive, but it wasn't expensive at all. There was a lot to eat for two people. It can also be packaged, so it's great to eat at home with your family. There was a fountain in front, so the view during the day was really nice. Thank you also to the friendly staff. I will visit often in the future.

Happy to enjoy Korean traditional dessert in CO. A bit more pricey with less amount compared to Snowl in Aurora, but the taste is better, exactly the same as what I had in Seoul.

I’ve been to Sulbing about 5 times already and they have not disappointed me!! The cafe itself is very aesthetic and cute. The bowls are always delicious ✨my favorite is the mango cheese<3 come here!! It is worth the price.

At last! Authentic Korean bingsu in Colorado! We have had a couple bingsu spots in Colorado but Sulbing is the real deal and a well-known chain from South Korea. I had concerns about the American branch not being up-to-par compared to the ones located in South Korea but I was pleasantly surprised. As of the time of this review, they have a melon bingsu where they encapsulate a cheesecake bingsu with half of a honeydew like a dome. Excellent! Otherwise, I would highly recommend the mango bingsu which is part of their regular menu, although you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu, and all their ades are amazing too! Make sure to check this awesome place out, get a bingsu, and take a walk around Southglenn to burn off some of the delicious calories!

We had the opportunity to try sulbing for dessert after lunch. We got the strawberry ice (good to share with 2-4 people) and it tasted good. It is probably a bit more traditional and less sweet than something you might get at SNOWL in Parker or Aurora. Great indoor seating and very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely be back to try their other items.
