So happy to have found this spot. Actual New York bagels! I am excited to try the ultimate egg salad next time. Was a pleasure speaking with Stacy while she prepared by sandwich. It has been frustrating living in Colorado as a former New Yorker - so this brought a taste of my youth with pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Forgot to ask for a tomato on it which is how I usually got it.
Thank you Stacy for bringing this to Erie!

(Edit;) Today I got the Club Sandwich. Perhaps the best Club I've ever had!! Good Stuff!

Apon asking what was recommended the suggestion, the Egg Salad or the Toasted Italian.
Got the Italian.
Big. Meaty. Nice amount of Peppers. Was a pretty darn good hoagie sandwich.

We love Stacy’s Kitchen! Employees are friendly, great service! It is full of personality, unlike chain restaurants. Sandwiches are always delicious and the prices are reasonable. Stacy also makes the most amazing desserts, her pies are my favorite! Love this place and will keep coming back!

Phenomenal sandwiches and baked goods. So lucky to have this place in downtown Erie! I had the toasted Italian and it was the best sandwich I’ve had in ages. Will become a regular for sure.

The sandwiches are outstanding. The pies are also really good. My only complaint is how long it takes to get food. The couple times that I have been there has taken over 15 to 20 minutes to get my sandwich, Which, for those who only get a 30 minute lunch break, it might not be a great option.

I can not rave about this place enough! The food tasted amazing, it's reasonably priced, and Stacy is there running the show. You can tell that she has the passion for what she's doing, and I had a slice of the lemon meringue pie (which, as a baker, she's super proud of) and a pastrami on rye, just like I used to have back in the old days. She did not disappoint. She does gluten free stuff as well, which my wife loved, and I think the only reason she doesn't do shepard's pies is because she doesn't want to have to turn down that many marriage proposals. Overall: 12/10--we've bypassed "highly recommend," and gone to "you need to try."

I have been heading in for about twice per week over the last year. 100% of the time, I am greeted with a smile and hello. I eagerly check the pastry case to see what treat I’ll have for dessert and then order multiple egg salad sandwiches. I have found that as soon as I bring them home, they are quickly devoured. I bring my friends and family who come into town for a sandwich and their raves match mine.

Stacy’s is also out absolute go to as we head to our kids games, a day at the reservoir or anywhere else we want some delicious, fresh and healthy picnic food!

Go by, you will be happy you did!
