Loved the customer service. Pizza is great! Salad bar is good! Plus they have many different flavors of ice cream! I loved the Banana freeze and my wife had the Butter pecan. We had a great time at the buffet. We also booked the party room. And it was great.

There are few options in Nashville for pizza. During my visit I had Pizza Hut for the first time in decades....I swear it had about the same amount of flavor and quality as DiGiorno. How are they still in business

Anyway, back to the point. Simple Simon's was surprisingly good. Sure, it's not Neapolitan good but pretty tasty.

The game room was pretty cool and someone went above and beyond with the plane hanging from the ceiling.

It was weird that they didn't have any TV's on the walls playing sports or anything. But I guess being a dry county (hello the dark ages of America still left over from prohibition) nobody wants to hang out and watch sports when they could have pizza and beer at home to watch the game.

Anyway, my criticism of forced morality aside........

Simple Simon's was pretty good and I'm sure I'll have it again my next visit (buddy lives there).

The "chicken bacon ranch calizone" was So good. Tons of flavor and baked to perfection. But it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes! to make. That's ridiculous. We ordered it to go and sat down to wait. (Only one other customer in the restaurant at the time.) 20 minutes later, the shift manager & 2 other employees congregate at the front, talking about our order and staring at us, then the shift manager goes to the back and starts making it. Turns out, it took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich then realize it wasn't what we ordered. At no point does anyone come over to apologize or explain what's going on, so after 35 minutes of waiting, we're at the counter asking where our food is and got a 'whoops, it'll be out in a few'. It wasn't till I suggested they should have said something to us and apologized for the wait before the shift lead finally said sorry, but then tried to explain it away that they were too busy trying to remake the order. The staff was all nice, but highly inefficient. 45 minutes later, on a to-go order! We're finally out the door. Great food. Bad service

Very clean well run restaurant. Any good quality frozen pizza from the grocery store has a better flavor.

I want to like this pizza but the sauce is too sweet, crust too soft, and ingredients so mediocre that they just blend into the cheese. Also, I ordered the normal pizzeria style but wonder if they gave me the wrong kind. It’s fine for what it is but I wouldn’t rush back.

Ordered 1 deep dish and 1 regular crust pizza. Thought they messed up and have me 2 regular crust pizza so I called and was told.
Yeah they may look the same and the dough for the deep dish should be fluffier but depends on who made the dough and how much time so it is give out take with the deep dish some times it's fluffy sometimes its not.
