Red Wolf Shadrachs! I’m so sad? Shadrachs is my number one ALL THE TIME but this is simply lazy coffee making. I asked for a white chocolate mocha (my usual). I tasted it, and it tasted like black coffee with whip cream - well this explains it. I still love shadrachs (especially Hilltop) but very disappointed in the Red Wolf location and definitely won’t be going back to the early morning crew.

My favorite coffee shop in the world! I can't go to NE Arkansas without getting one. The menu is diverse, and I just give them my phone number and my rewards are applied.

Haven't tried the food but I absolutely addicted to their coffee. They have sizes that can get you through any day and the quality has never been less than amazing. They focus on quick service as I'm not the only one with a habit which is nice since there are a lot of others in the world who believe in being late to everything and don't have a lot of time to wait.

Always been a Shadrachs fan as the employees have always been nice but my experience the last couple times at the Red Wolf location hasn’t been great. Today I went and got 4 drinks. 3 Shaddy pops and 1 small strawberry smoothie for my 3 year old. Typically I would order a kids smoothie but it just slipped my mind and I accidentally ordered a small. When she took my order and it was time to pay, she didn’t even tell me my total, just took my card and swiped it. Then when we got to the window she handed me the smoothie and I asked if we could get a purple straw for my son as he was in the back seat asking for one. She looked at me like I asked her something she’s never been asked and was quick to tell me “No. Those are for kids cups only.” It’s not the fact that she didn’t give us a purple straw for my son, it was just disappointing that her tone and attitude was the way that it was. I really don’t know if I’ll be back after my past couple of experiences.

Shad's is one of my favorite coffee places! I chose them over Starbucks A N Y day. Better prices and bigger sizes! Their employees are ALWAYS super nice and polite! I'm currently hooked on getting their Medium Blended Coffee with caramel, hazelnut, and toffeenut with whip. To me its like a dupe for Harry Potter Butterbeer! (Make sure they caramel drizzle the cup ?)

Stopped at this coffee shop before leaving town. I asked for a large coffee, with 3 cream and 4 Splenda. Unfortunately, my coffee tasted like a cup of milk with a hint of coffee in it. Perhaps I should have been more specific about the cream or maybe the coffee was off, I'm not sure. I'll try one of the other locations to see how it goes.

If you're looking for good Chai Latte? Don't bother trying here. Was flavorless and awful. People were very nice, and quick service, but the Chai was terrible. Like even worse than Starbucks type of bad. Has been hard, because am not finding any decent Chai here in Jonesboro.
