My girlfriend and I stopped here on the way to Colorado Springs. The business was absolutely adorable as you walk in. It gives small town comfort vibes. There were couches and chairs and tables throughout the right side, allowing options for maximum comfort. The items on display for purchase were fun and appeared to be of high quality. We ordered the espresso chocolate covered beans, some chai tea concentrate, specialty coffees and a breakfast burrito to share. The Caramel Thing was divine, and I don't drink fancy flavored coffee regularly. They were so sweet about filling our personal coffee cup and even gave a disount. We waited just a few minutes on one if the couches and they brought out our food, cut and on two plates for us. That was so thoughtful! We loved the pup friendly atmosphere, the customer service, and our coffee and food. Will definitely be stopping here again the next time we are in the area.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and I’m so happy I did! It was a cute and cozy place. I got the breakfast burrito with ham and it was delicious! My iced caramel thing was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!!

I visited this coffee shop in Monument, CO (just off of I-25) today for the first time. The coffee shop was conveniently located off of Route 105 (across from Safeway), had plenty of parking, was tastefully decorated on the outside of the building, as well as the dining room, etc., was not greeted upon entering, the full beverage & food menu was clearly and prominently, one barista was friendly, one not so much, they had light-medium-dark roast coffee options available (my light/Guatemala was excellent), the prices were reasonable, the coffee cake was delish, the dining room was spacious, there was plenty of different kinds of seating (including comfy couches!), no music was playing, there was free WiFi (but was quite weak and kept cutting out, so I had to toggle off my iPhone to have a solid connection), and the men's restroom was quite dirty, looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while and there were several gang tags written on the sides of the big trash can that very visible (very unnerving to see in such a nice coffee shop in a nice, affluent community like Monument).

I endeavor to support local small businesses whenever possible. However, the quality of the food and the service were very poor at this coffee shop and therefore does not deserve my business. I waited 20 minutes for two to go sandwiches to be prepared and it turned out the reason for my long wait is that after it was prepared it was just forgotten on the counter. Already on the road I discovered my coffee tasted burnt. Later when I finally tried to eat the salad, nearly all the greens in that salad were rotten. The person preparing the salad knew full and well those greens were rotten yet they put it in the container anyway and covered it up with chopped tomatoes.
What a poorly run establishment !!!

Cute coffee shop with lots of options.
Fresh ground coffee, great mocha, and great burritos!
I had my burrito in a bowl, and my husband had his in the tortilla. It was wonderful.
They have booths, tables, private rooms for groups, and couches. Very comfortable and very kind service.
I highly recommend. ❤️

I ordered a burrito bowl to go and received a cup filled with potatoes with some cheese and an extremely poor take on green chile. See picture for size. The cup is quite literally a cup, 8oz. Its contents were diced potatoes, maybe a tablespoon worth of egg, certainly less than one full egg worth of egg, some shredded cheese and someone’s first attempt at green chile. The green chile tasted more like brown gravy with some spice. Swing and miss on that. When brought up the size of this cup none of the employees seemed surprised and only offered excuses. The on shift manager stated that it’s pre-portioned. Well no where on the menu does it state it will only be 8oz. I have seen pictures of their burrito and it’s quite large. If an 8oz cup is the best you can do then take the burrito bowl off the menu.

I frequent Serranos. Their staff is always kind and helpful, and their food and drinks are excellent. It's a good sized place that is also pretty laid back and relaxing.

It is my favorite coffee house, and I don't even drink coffee (they have excellent tea options as well).

As a college kid in the area this place has been my spot for the past year or so. The coffee is cheap and tastes great. They have seasonal drinks and a ton of flavors for your average latte. Favorite is a white wedding (white chocolate and amaretto). The atmosphere is comfy and reminds me of my grandparents living room, which is enjoyable but not for everyone.
