I reached out to Sage with a vision of creating a First Class dining experience for my team. They absolutely delivered on that promise. We were treated to the VIP room where we tried one of almost everything on the menu. The Mississippi Mud Pie is TO DIE FOR!!! The drinks were unique and delicious. I will definitely go back.

Best smoked bacon washed old fashion I've ever had. The smoke show was also a great cocktail.
As for the food, the stuffed mushrooms and beef crudites were lovely. The lobster bisque was ok. I think it was a little too thick but still had great flavor.

Hands down my favorite place in Loveland. Fantastic atmosphere. Very classy. Seasonal menus.

Amazing service every time from all staff. And the cocktails are some of the best I've had. This is the place I take people when I want to impress them. They have an extensive amount of mocktails, and they aren't just after-thoughts. They are carefully and consciously crafted to be unique. And you can also add liquor to them.

The food has also been excellent every time I've eaten there.

I honestly can't praise Sage enough.

Great experience, atmosphere, service. Food was an 8/10. I had beef crudite, (7/10 which is still good), artichoke (7/10- not much cheese), and the broiled pear with honey and gorgonzola was 10/10. My drink was good (Rye whiskey drink), husbands was excellent (mommiji). Bar take pride in their drinks obviously. Will be back. Parking is easy and just around the corner (down alley).

Googled “wine bar” and found this gem! I wanted a quiet, not chaotic place to have a snack and a couple good cocktails.
Nailed it because the drinks, food, and even the music choice were all amazing! (And the decor is so classy and thoughtful!)
I started with the bacon washed old fashion, and it was hands down in the top 3 best old fashions I have ever had.
For food I ordered the baked mushrooms - knowing I’m super picky about mushrooms- and they did not disappoint. The texture wasn’t “too mushroomy”, the cream and bacon was just enough to balance every bite. They don’t have full menu, which I liked because it’s less intimidating and easier to decide.
Topped off the trip with an espresso martini. Jeremy (the bartender) had enough forethought to ask me how I liked my martini instead of just slapping it together the way he wanted. Final score 10/10. Actually pretty stoked to stop by here on my way home from work on a regular basis.

Very disappointed. Called yesterday to reserve a table for my family for a murder mystery evening. Reservation confirmed. I asked beforehand if my daughter's could come as they are 14 and 16. I was assured by the person that answered the phone great for all ages . We showed up at 5 and the room was fully packed. We just stood there until we were greeted by a lady that said they were full and we could sit at the bar. With no choice we hesitantly sat at the bar . Bartender was in welcoming stressed out and we did not feel welcome at all. The one lady was kind did not catch her name. Also....there were bowls with food that were in front of us. I assumed they were communal and offered some to my kids. The bartender made it a clear point they were for special drinks and he should not have left them out. Very embarrassing clearly this was not the place for us so we decided to leave. Sad because we were all dressed up ready for a fun evening. It was not welcoming and we were not prepared for this at all. Spent 40 bucks as a courtesy I paid for the not great drinks served. Perhaps they would have tasted better if the bartender was not so rude and off-putting. He shouldn't work with the public.

Had a great time! Drinks were great and very reasonably priced for the thought that goes into them. Shaun was amazing and made our experience wonderful. He was creative and confident in his ability to make a delicious drink. I will absolutely return! Highly recommend!
