I recently ordered a cake for my graduation party from this Safeway bakery and they absolutely nailed it!! I was so happy and pleased with what they did- I couldn’t have been happier. They told me to bring in any ideas I found or came up with and that they would be able to create it for me. They did just that! THANK YOU!

F and 30 Road Safeway staff, management, and bakery team are the best! I know this is a busy season, and your store is probably short-staffed. You all work long hours, and your hard work does not go unnoticed. Please know that my family and I thank you ALL for the service you provide to our community. This Safeway provides phenomenal customer service every time! I did not catch my bakery reps name, but I especially want to thank him for taking my late cake order at 5:15 pm this evening. He was not able to locate an order form, but he went above and beyond to take down the order, reviewed it with me and checked the information twice. This store is a bit further from my home, but I will continue to drive to this location every time!

This last week was homecoming for my daughter, and I was in a bit of a flower emergency as I needed to get the corsage and boutonniere kind of last minute. I didn't even know where to start honestly and was directed to Safeway. When I went to Safeway I was greeted and helped by Jessica and Morgan in the floral dept. They assured me they could fulfill my order last minute and asked if I could come back in a couple hours to pick it up. It must have been the grimace on my face and look of terror when they asked if I needed it sooner. I had a full day of errands and sporting events to attend to before the big dance so I said "Yeah kind of need it as soon as possible if you are able" to which they said "Certainly, come back in 30 minutes". We picked out some ribbons and colors for them to work with and within 30 minutes, we had an absolute gorgeous corsage and boutonniere. They didn't have to, but they totally took my urgency and schedule into consideration and for that I am unduly grateful. I was poor with my own time management and planning, and they accommodated that. Jessica and Morgan were an absolute blessing to work with and their product was absolutely beautiful, they did such an amazing job. They would not allow me to tip them, so I promised to write a review detailing their service to repay the kindness they offered me. They are a credit to the Safeway brand, and I am more happy now than ever to be a customer of that facility. On that note, reading some of the other reviews, I have to say I have never been treated with anything except kindness and professionalism and some of the other reviews boggle me. This Safeway location is great, and Jessica and team just solidified that belief for me. Thank you! Thank you! I appreciate you helping to make my daughter's homecoming that much more special.

Last night I went to by A bottle of wine, And I had a horrible interaction with one of your cashiers. There is an older lady in front of me also buying a bottle of wine and as she was checking out, he looks at me with a disgusted look on his face and asked if I had my ID. Which I had out in my hand as I am only 25 and get ID pretty frequently so that was not surprise to me. I told him I had my ID, and the lady in front of me also had a bottle of wine asked Him jokingly “oh your not going to ID ME” And he responded very rudely with “well obviously not” She then leaves because she is checked out and then he proceeds to check me out and points at me and looks at his bagger and goes well. “She looks like she’s 10 years old”. In The most possibly rude way ever. I understand that people have hard days but being rude to two customers right in a row is not okay and he was very rude. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Safeway before and everyone has always been incredibly nice, but I was so Unimpressed by him.
