My family has been a CSA member with Sacred Song Farm since last fall, and we couldn't be happier about it! We love the surprise of what meats/cuts will be included each month, and learning to cook the different cuts and introducing new recipes to our mealtime has been really fun. The quality can't be beat, and we love knowing we are supporting local, regenerative agriculture within our community. There are so many reasons I could go into as to why supporting local agriculture is important. But I will stick here to why we chose Sacred Song Farm in particular. 1) this farm and family is committed to regenerative agriculture and supporting healthy land, animals and people 2) the animals have natural healthy lives 3) they are a local family owned and operated farm so there is a reciprocal nature to our relationship 3) The integrity of the business and family 4) we want local food security and community 5) the quality of the meat ! I could go on but you get the picture. We have been a part of Sacred Song for about 2 years and have loved the experience

The live butcher class was awesome! Everything was well thought out and went really smooth from harvesting the animal, breaking it down, right down to the cuts. Scott and Margaret are pro's!!! I highly recommend this class for people who are new to butchering pigs and lamb or who want a refresher course. Everything was great! Lunches were delicious! Setting was absolutely beautiful! 5 stars all the way!

Sacred Song Farm is THE BEST QUALITY meat you will find anywhere... change my mind. I have been a SSF CSA member for almost two years now, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my family, handsdown. You will not find anyone who pours more love, intention, hard work and care into the well being of their animals and the land they are raised on than Scott and Margaret. Take a tour of their farm and you'll see it clear as day. A difference that you can literally taste. In addition to the incredible quality of their products, one of my favorite aspects about SSF is that they practice a "nose-to-tail" philosophy of using every part of the animal. What this means for us is a wide variety of cuts that I would not have normally selected myself or cannot be found at the supermarket (and peace of mind that we are supporting ethical farming practices). I cannot tell you how much fun I have had exploring new ways to utilize cuts that I've never prepared before and how greatly it has expanded my family's palate, new worldly cuisine experiences playing with new recipes, and not to mention, provided us with more nutrient dense sources of meat. Sacred Song Farm truly is a treasure in our community and I feel so grateful that I can feed my family the best quality meat, knowing without a doubt that it was raised ethically and locally with love & care that you cannot find anywhere else. Scott and Margaret, thank you for all the hard work, passion and dedication you give to feeding our families!

I love SSF! We've been a part of their CSA for a few years now. It's really important to me that my food, especially meat is truly sustainable and not harmful to our environment. I feel so fortunate to have this option and I honestly might be a vegetarian if I could get meat from SSF - they are the best! The effort and care they put into the animals and the land is so important and the results are noticably tastier than conventional meat! Plus they deliver to our house, which is so huge and greatly appreciated. I also appreciate that they support other local farms and businesses by offering products as add-ons in the CSA. This isn't just community supported ag but also community building.

Absolutely LOVE this farm and family and the values they uphold. I’m the local WAPF chapter leader and feel so proud to have a farm like this that I can guide people to in order to have a true regenerative farming experience. My family enjoys a variety of meats, bones, and organs that I know are safe and nourishing month after month and tastes better than anything you will ever find in a store.

If I could give more stars I would . The quality of the meat on the plate is unrivaled. Anyone who enjoys cooking and being creative in the kitchen this is for you . Lots of variety in cuts every month . For me it’s like Xmass every month . Anybody looking for nutritious, delicious, and sustainable look no further than Sacred Song Farm .
