Food has dropped off in quality pretty much every time I've been here. Started out great the first few times, but has just been low quality in flavor and preparation since then. Not what is expected when spending $40+ per person on pizza and pasta. The salad was good though.

I don't know where to start. The chairs are the most uncomfortable thing to sit on. The tables don't have napkins and they don't bring them when they deliver your drink. The pizza, there's one word to describe it and it's TERRIBLE! The quality-price ratio is awful. The sauce has no flavor. The bread has no flavor, the cheese seemed like it was bought at a local supermarket. The salad was okay in terms of quality-price ratio. It's a scandal inside. You can't talk without yelling. My drink was poorly shaken. The service from the waitress was kind. The snack I ordered was okay... just okay.

The pizza was pretty good, the space is good, but the service needs some help. The waitress was not very attentive at all. We each asked for ranch dressing, and we were given small to go containers to share. 1 container per 2 people. Personally, I don't like to double dip my food with other people. No napkins were given until asked. We got forks, but no knives were given, and they never attempted to clean or remove dishes from the table. It may be just me, but with the cost of eating out these days, I do feel the service should not lack.

I’m happy with the food and the service here. Promptly service did not wait long for our food and service. We had a large supreme pizza and a toco truck for my beers.

No one knew who or where the host was! We also didn't seem to have a server!!! Food came fast ( after we finally ordered) and was good, but pasta got cold quickly.

The service was great but my food was horrible. I ordered ribs, the first red flags was that they were drenched in bbq sauce (way too much), they were mainly fat and didn’t taste fresh, they tasted more like reheated leftovers. I was very dissatisfied.

Our family recently visited Rubiano’s in Brentwood, California for an early Saturday night dinner to celebrate my birthday, and we had a memorable experience. Our server, Meghan, who also turned out to be the manager, was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. She ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.

I ordered the Pizza Verde, which was simply outstanding. It has a pesto sauce with Artichoke hearts, garlic, and tomatoes, The Caprese salad I had was beautifully presented, although the tomatoes needed significant improvement. They were pale, pink, ice-cold, and too firm. For a delightful Caprese Salad, heirloom tomatoes or at least juicy red vine-ripened tomatoes would have been a better choice.

The atmosphere at Rubiano’s is very family-oriented, which means it can be quite lively with lots of noisy children. However, this adds to the charm if you’re looking for a casual, family-friendly environment.

My wife ordered the house salad, which was generously portioned and could easily satisfy two people. It was fresh and very satisfying.

A special highlight of the evening was when my wife mentioned it was my birthday, and Meghan surprised us with a complimentary dessert. The fried dough with cinnamon and sugar, served with vanilla ice cream, was delightful and a wonderful surprise to end the meal.

Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal, and it was a good time out. Rubiano’s offers a pleasant dining experience with excellent service and great food, making it a fantastic choice for family dinners. We will definitely be returning!
