I recently visited Rita’s Frozen Custard in Orange County with a friend, and it was such a great experience! I had a Concrete, and let me just say—the texture and sweetness were absolutely perfect. The creamy frozen custard with the mix-ins made every bite feel indulgent but not overly heavy. It’s honestly one of the best frozen custard treats I’ve had in a long time. My friend opted for a blended smoothie, and they loved it too.

As someone who lives out of the area, I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m nearby. If I were local, this would absolutely be a regular stop for me—especially since I’m a huge fan of ice-based desserts, and Rita’s nails it.

The shop itself was clean, had private parking (which is a huge plus), and wasn’t too crowded when we went. There were plenty of places to sit, so it’s perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your treat. The staff were really nice, which just added to the overall great experience.

If you’re in Orange County and looking for a refreshing dessert, I highly recommend checking out Rita’s. Five out of five stars for both the quality of the treats and the welcoming atmosphere!

It’s been a while since I’ve had Rita’s, so we decided to swing by since we were in the area. I absolutely love their vanilla custard—it’s so thick, creamy, and satisfying.

It’s a shame they’ve closed so many locations because this is the closest one to me now, but it’s always such a treat when I get to have it!

The service was great nice kids but owner can have more people working there. Took over 40 minutes for our turn, and with no AC it felt awful. I had made a promise to my son to get some otherwise I would had left. Owner has to pay attention to these details.

Although I do love Rita’s flavors I am disappointed in their portion control. Today was the second time my large vanilla custard was missing half the custard. What a disappointment to drive 15 minutes to Rita’s and get shorted. Please train your staff in giving the correct portions based on what size the customer is paying for. Vanilla custard was yummy. Tried vanilla soft serve. It was just great. I would like to try different flavors next time. Parking is good too.

The ice cream is very delicious, but the attention of the employees was not all that good, I understand that they are saturated with work with so many customers in line but at least they could explain the menu which is not so easy to understand
