for three years I got my wife imperfect birthday cakes. I went to Ricks Bakery this year and worked with the team and got a cake that was a huge hit. The staff is amazing, the bakers are great and the experience was the best. Thanks to everyone at Ricks Bakery, Rogers; oh I almost forgot, I picked up some great treats for our pup Diesel too. He loved them.

I purchased my wedding cake from Rick's Bakery one year ago this week, and it was so amazing, I had to re-order a fresh cake for my 1 year anniversary. My husband and I got married in Eureka Springs, but live in Colorado, and loved our cake so much that we found a way to get another one made for our special occasion. 10/10 recommend this business for any occasion that needs a special treat! ❤️

The worst experience I’ve ever gotten with a place that charged me $80 for a circle one layered gold cake with no decorations. Now the order went in the beginning of January was supposed to be a strawberry cake with a cowgirl theme. We received nothing to the fact of this, we picked it up the day before the party because that’s what they told us. This cake had no love to it. It had no theme all it said was happy fourth birthday not even a cowgirl hat and we’re supposed to put candles and have her little girl that is turning for blow them out and say I love that cake and when we called to get it fixed, they pretty much told us no and that they would give us so Chad a refund of like $20 and sorry about you Shame on you Rick‘s bakery you used to be top-notch, but you surely failed this one.

Super charming bakery located right next to the hotel we happen to being staying at. My husband had a sweet tooth so we tried it out!

Very charming inside, love the different areas and what they offer. Lots to choose from! We got a bit of a selection since we don't live here. First impressions, wow amazing looks to good to eat.

My fav was the cake donut ?

Didn't like anything else just way too sweet for my taste buds. I was hoping to like the sugar cookie however the tie dye cookie frosting tasted too much like a alcohol from either the dye or flavoring. Not a fan.

My husband wished they had apple fritters when we went in but he tried the blueberry fritter instead he liked it.

Both petit cakes were lovely just too sweet and too much frosting. Carrot cake needed a balance to cut through sweetness. Chocolate chip cookie was okay kinda dry, chocolate flavor was good different than a chocolate chip.

The girls were friendly and helpful when I had questions. Still a super cute bakery to check out, they have coffee you could try if your not into sweets.

Beyond disappointed with the cake we received. My 4 year old asked for a cowgirl themed cake and we received a cake with absolutely no decorations. They wanted to change the flavor to change the cake but my 4 year old specifically asked for strawberry. They had a month to figure out the decorations but wait until the day I have to pick it up to say their decorators somehow misread the “cowgirl” theme that was clearly stated on the order form. Their resolution was to refund me $20, but there’s no resolution to an absolutely disappointed 4 year old who has been beyond excited over this cake. Truly a waste, will continue at Bizzy B where the prices AND decorations are actually worth something.

It is always fun to come in and see the cakes and pastries on display. They taste as good as they look. Had a friend’s birthday cake made here and it was delicious and beautiful!

I placed an order for my son's 21st birthday. He celebrated this milestone while doing an internship at Walmart, so he had no family there to spoil him 🙁
Placing the order for a cream cheese frosted carrot cake was easy. I talked to a couple of people to get information, coordinated with the place he is staying at, and then called again and finalized everything over the phone, simple and convenient. The cake was delivered as scheduled and awaited for my son, who was totally surprised! And he reported that not only that the cake looked great, it tasted amazing! Thank you to everyone at Rick's!!! I cannot thank you enough for helping me make my son's special day even more special!
