I was really upset at the way the manager treated a woman with her service dog. She was very rude, unreasonable, and did not know the laws regarding service animals. I will never go there again just for this reason, plus the food wasn't good. It was mediocre at best. I ordered chicken noodles soup, they brought minestrone, and never asked if I wanted the minestrone soup. I

First off the manager or whoever she was was arguing with a lady about her service dog telling she had to sit at 2nd booth coming in because it was a large dog which to me was a very stupid thing to do since the dog was then in the path of e everyone coming and going and arguing with the lady about laws. The second she said it was a service dog she should have shut up and allowed her in. Instead, it was sit there or leave. She left, then when our food came, we both ordered mommas' famous meatloaf, it looked and had the texture of mush but the french fries were good with the gravy. My wife asked about soup the waitress said today is chicken noodle when it came with the dinner instead of before like we asked it was minestrone not chicken noodle the waitress said I yeah I forget to tell you it's minestrone. I had the which was average.

By the way you are charging us the consumers a surcharge on eggs ,as a result we the consumers are cancelling the tips to the waitresses to make room for your surcharge on the eggs, .......Well, I had breakfast at this Restaurant about a week ago and the experience was so so, I ordered scrambled eggs and sausage, scrambled together, the breakfast comes with what the restaurant calls house potatoes cut in bite bites also included , English muffins. If you ordered coffee be ready to fork more than,what it's worth , but if you are a coffee drinker you will get your money's worth , although the coffee tastes cheap very close to chicory. When the food arrived, the presentation was horrible, the eggs and the sausage looked like vomit and the potatoes were way too much for a person to eat and seem undercooked, but they're tasty and with a little ketchup we're ok, the eggs and sausage looked like a mess not what you expect what you see in the picture is how I left it, just eat a few potatoes and drank 3 cups of coffee and drove to Burger king for the breakfast platter, way better than Randy's and price wise Randys almost $20.00. Burger King. $7.99 and BK presentation was good. Price was bad at Randy's way too expensive for the quality of food you get. And I think the prices are higher because the Restaurant had to pay their staff more and for this the consumer pays more and the restaurant still makes the same profit so, the wait staff will get less tips than before because of the price rates. I will give this restaurant a 6 out 10 food presentation bad, service was great, the waitress was very cordial and keeps checking on you. The atmosphere was ok. If you're on a budget I will not recommend this restaurant, it will fail to meet your expectations, try Denny's you will appreciate this recommendation. Restaurant Reviews Inc

I've eaten here twice as the guest of a hiking buddy, and because we don't come in until early afternoon I don't usually eat much. But the last time we came, I ordered two eggs over easy with wheat toast and home fries. The eggs were perfect, which is not something a lot of restaurants can prepare perfectly, and the toast was fine - great for dipping in the yolk. But the home fries were spectacular, a perfect blend of soft and crunchy, liberally dosed with minced sweet pepper and onion. If you've read William Least Heat Moon's book, Blue Highways, you may recall that he rated restaurants by two criteria: calendars and potatoes. I didn't see a lot of calendars, although this place is perfectly cozy. But the home fries were the best I've ever had. Our server was wonderful, too, and from what I saw of other patrons' orders, everything is served big and hot. My hiking friend's blueberry pancakes were loaded with blueberries and as big as serving platters. Randy's could be an American classic.

Super amazing experience here! My friends and I were just passing through and decided to have breakfast in this diner. The service and atmosphere were so home-friendly and super comforting. The food was insanely delicious, and portions were not messing around. Everything is fresh, cooked to order, and explodes with flavor. I really appreciate what an excellent job the server did. She was just an absolute gem, and she knows the menu like the back of her hand. I love the local hot sauce they have here, too! Goodness, just so, so many good notes about this place. It is an absolute treasure.

Wish they had a north, east, and west diner, cuz this place is so good it should be everywhere. Great home cooking, such sweet servers, and the price doesn’t break the bank. I got the Greener Supreme with chicken fried steak. Killer green chili and nice and toasty hash browns were the dynamic duo in that dish. The servers were so nice and sweet to my kiddo, which is greatly appreciated. Best part of eating a satisfying meal is not having to break the bank at the end. It’s hard to eat out these days with price hikes so thank you for not asking for an arm and a leg to enjoy your food!! Keep up the great work and thank you again for your service!
