Pour Some Sugar on Me Sweet Shoppe was an adventure to say the least. Was vacationing with my family and we hit every tourist spot in the area. Went into this location looking for some good sweets and some excellent customer service and received one of the two. The food was ok, but the service was not what I would call knock your socks off. The staff was attentive when you could locate someone. They seemed rather young and chatty so they tend to huddle together talking amongst themselves. After getting someone’s attention I was helped with my order. I’m sure they get tons of tourists and are busy but to completely ignore customers is not ok. Would give this place another chance to win my business. Enjoy!

Absolutely amazing store! So many flavors and types of candy to choose from it was so hard to choose! Finally decided on some packs of single flavor gummy candies that will be perfect for stocking stuffers for my kids!!

Why would you serve ice cream with your bare hands on the cones Is there no paper wrap or napkins for the cones? I literally had to beg the cashier to make me another one with glove on her other hand. We don't know where your hands been so you're serving us ice cream that we have to lick and eat but your bare hands on it. They gotta do better. $8 bucks for 2 small scoops of vegan ice cream and it was not full..Its my last time coming there.

Super cute ice cream and candy shop! The candy was fun flavors and I'm guessing tasty, because...candy. But, the ice cream was not creamy and was super icy with not much flavor...such a strange texture. And the scoops were so small, which in this case was kind of a blessing. I don't normally write negative reviews, but we drove downtown specifically for the ice cream and it was a bummer.

It's a cute little shop. I got some cinnamon and popcorn flavored jelly beans. But the cinnamon wasn't actually cinnamon. I was cherry or something fruity. Super disappointed. I didn't even eat them because I don't like cherry. The register wouldn't recognize mine or my husband's card so we had to go over to fat bottomed cupcake place. We got some cupcakes too but they never have any of the flavors I like in stock.

We wanted to love this place but was disappointed in what they had verses what was listed on the wall menu. Both of our 1st choices they did not have. The $10 milkshake ea. (salted caramel & chocolate lavender) was watered down for the flavor was bland. Several people left while we were in line. The atmosphere was chaotic. They were trying but it was just unorganized. They did have a HUGE selection of flavors, it seemed and flavored cones.

Went today and the service was well below average. The girls at the counter were rude and dismissive and not very helpful when we had questions. They spent more time talking to each other than they did with helping us. Might want to work on training better employees so customers do not feel so uncomfortable. We definitely did not feel welcomed there.
We went to order the ice cream burrito as it was recommended to us by a local employee on bathhouse row. It was below average, without a doubt one of the biggest disappointments of our entire life. The ice cream tasted grainy and they did not even have half the flavors we wanted to try even though they were listed on the menu (I mean, who doesn’t have plain vanilla?). It was also not put together well, the counter person didn’t even try to make it look presentable. The burrito looked like a half-effort attempt to get us out of the store as soon as possible. Definitely not worth the $10+ we spent.

Expired Inventory - Stale Sugar is more like it… This place is trash. It's clear they’re just riding on their location because the product quality is awful. If you decide to buy anything, expect to be eating their old, expired inventory. This place is nothing more than a tourist trap with no regard for quality or customer satisfaction.
