Food quality and portions vary depending on who's the cook and who's serving each shift which is not ideal. I got a bowl today with Chow mein and Orange chicken. I received the saddest portion of Chow mean and the Orange chicken tastes like it had been there for a while. Very disappointed!

Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable with the food collection. Not only is he very enthusiastic, but he also knows how to make the customer feel valued for their purchase!

I recently visited the Panda Express located in Sonoma, California, and had an absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered my usual favorites, the orange chicken and chow mein, only to find that both looked old, dried out, and completely unappetizing. When I politely requested fresh food, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.

Hoping for better service, I asked to speak with the manager, Juan. To my utter shock and disbelief, Juan refused to make fresh chicken or chow mein, citing that they were closing in an hour. This is completely unacceptable! Customers should receive fresh food regardless of the time of day. The fact that they prioritize closing time over food quality and customer satisfaction is absurd and infuriating.

The stale chicken and chow mein were not only a waste of my money but also a health concern. It’s appalling that Panda Express allows such poor standards and rude behavior from their management. Juan’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect for customers.

Panda Express needs to seriously reconsider their approach to customer service and food quality. I expect much more from such a well-known chain and will definitely think twice before returning. Extremely disappointed and disgusted!

The staff is friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is inviting. Food was good and packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. If you're craving delicious Chinese-American cuisine, this Panda Express is a must-visit!

By far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to.

Gave this place a shot a few times and the portions are always tiny, the food is always bland, and the staff seems careless. I had ordered to pick up from Door Dash, and they forgot to include one of my selections in the 2 entree plate.

I thought places like this were supposed to be pretty much the same everywhere you go, but apparently the standards at the Sonoma location are pretty low, which is a shame since there isn’t many options there.

I went there to get dinner for me and my family an hour and a half before they closed and I asked if there was going to be anymore of a couple of the things I wanted and they told me no. They had about half of their food there and it was an hour and a half before they closed. How can you refuse to cook any food when it's still so long before you close? That's ridiculous. I saw people walk in and walk out because of a lack of food. You cannot go to this Panda Express at night, they will have almost nothing and then refuse to cook any more food

I go there 3 and a half hours before closing and they only have 3 things made!! That wasn't even the worst part, then they looked at each other and literally and loudly sighed when I ordered food that they would have to make more of! Did they think we would all just choose chow mein and orange chicken and that's it because they are clearly too lazy to cook the options that they are supposed to have ready when customers walk in throughout the day? And the cook doesn't seem like they are following the panda express menu, it doesn't taste good. Unfortunately in Sonoma we have so little options. It's just Terrible all the way around!
