Highly recommend their food, it's always good and hot.
The employees are always very nice and well mannered with quick & easy service. They messed up my order this week and when I called they sent a gift card to make it right! They truly care about their customers and the experience you have there.

I don't do coffee, but me and the kids love fries and wanted to try them out. We were not disappointed. They were delicious! I feel like their ranch dressing is also underrated, because it was soooooooo good. We'll be going back for our occasional french fry treats. Also, the service was great. Very sweet young man took my order and another promptly brought me my food.

My wife and I stopped in for the very first time today. The girl outside was really nice the building was beautiful. The espresso milkshake was perfect. But the sandwich and french fries were not edible. The chicken was over cooked, cold and very dry. The french fries were cold and tasted like paper. We tried to eat it but could not.
Two chicken sandwiches two french fries and two shakes cost $31.45. Hopefully this was a fluke. This restaurant has a great opportunity if they can nail down serving fresh cooked quality food. We ordered our food about 5:30 pm (charge was posted on our credit card)

So...I have been a very loyal customer since I moved here a little over 3 years ago BUT the past 3 times I have been I have been extremely disappointed in the service (timeliness) There are not enough people working and one person was taking orders on one side and bringing them out on the other. This was Friday and Saturday. Those are busy days! I almost left Friday even though I had already paid for my drink. I only had one drink one two of the occasions and 3 drinks on Saturday. Nova Joe's you need to step it up. There are now several other coffee shops so you have lots of competition. I intend to give you a few more chances but others might not.

I use to love Nova Joe's but the man with a man bun needs to be fired. He is rude and completely lazy!! Get rid of him or you will lose a lot of business. You've lost mine and quite possibly a door dash customer because he caused an order to be late.

So I decided to give this place a chance again after several months...

They forgot a drink that I ordered, and the cup holder they give you is flimsy and useless so be careful! Also, don't ask for Boba, because they don't even give you a straw big enough to accommodate drinking them, missing out on experiencing boba entirely. Dry stringy tough chicken. Once again, thanks for nothing Nova Joe's. ?

Just got a coffee from this location it might as well been just hot water with a little flavoring probably the worst coffee I've gotten had to pour it out wasn't consumable its bad that your charging prices like that and I can get a way better coffee at a gas station for a fraction of the cost

This place is the BEST! I love all their drinks and I adore the people who work there. I'm a huge coffee drinker and their specialty drinks are great! My husband and I ground our own coffee at home as well and we buy their whole coffee beans and they are fantastic! Love this place!

This place is still amazing. They have added food to their menu and it is amazing. Their chicken is so yummy!
