Pooneh's virtual class was one of the best cooking experiences I've had. As a fairly new home baker, struggles with the perfect dough used to haunt me but doing a virtual class made it simple. Making profiteroles is completely different since the dough is cream puff, unlike pizza/bread dough. Following the steps live was a must and in less than 2 hours, the most amazing profiteroles were made! Pooneh is a great teacher and she gracefully explains for all levels of baking experience. Can't wait for the next one!

I just finished taking the Virtual Profiteroles class with the amazing chef Pooneh Yamini! Let me tell you if I can do it, ANYONE can do it!! I mean it.! This is my first REAL baking experience and wasn’t sure I could do it. But Pooneh made it such an easy and wonderful experience. Beginning with her very clear list of ingredients and equipment we needed. She even had a link to the more specific equipment in case we didn’t have it. Her calm, patient, and positive presence made me feel like I could do it and any question I had she approached with such sweetness that it gave me a confidence I never thought I’d have in the kitchen. My profiteroles were a HUGE hit. My family couldn’t believe it was actually me that made them. I honestly can’t wait for her next class. Do yourself, and your family and friends a favor and sign up! you will NOT regret it:).

We had such an incredible experience at Mon Reve. Pooneh made the art of chocolate making so approachable and fun. Pooneh was such a wonderful teacher and I felt I could take everything I learned and apply it to baking in my own kitchen at home! Wow!!! What an amazing experience. I recently took my employees for a Valentine’s Day workshop at Mon Rêve. Pooneh made the class so enjoyable. We all had a blast and made gorgeous, yummy decorated French chocolate hearts. This is such a fun and unique experience to share with a group of friends. Highly recommend!!
