Good place in Leadville to get some BBQ. It’s a little difficult to find, it’s off one of the side streets. We found it by smelling the smoke and asking. The atmosphere is really cool with outdoor benches and an indoor area as well. They have outside ice tea and lemonade as well as soda that they give you when you order.
The pulled pork was really good and the Macaroni and cheese were ok, a little drie nothing special but good. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all like down south but ok as well. The only negative thing I can think of is that there’s is only 1 type of BBQ sauce and it’s got a little kick to it ( for me I’m not a spicy eater). The only down side I see is it would be nice to have a couple sauce choices instead of just one. All in all a good place to get some good BBQ and we would definitely go back.

This place rocks ! Great vibe and even better meat! The cornbread - well the wife went back for seconds - pulled pork, I shoulda ordered two pounds! Ribs that Jake devoured…and beans were great! See ya Sunday for brisket

Great food! Got the bama-style pulled pork (perfect, not overly shredded like a lot of places do it, and more meat than I expected) platter with special sides of the day corn with sweet potato and oreo chocolate pudding. My husband got the smoked sausage with mac and cheese and potato salad, plus add two ribs.

When they called us up for our food, they forgot the ribs. My husband went to ask for that only minute later, and they kindly gave him an extra oreo pudding for the inconvenience.

The cornbread is not my style but still enjoyed it. A small slice (although there's plenty of food on the platter regardless), savory, and toasted crispy on one side.

Everything was excellent! We had a small rib plate & a smoked turkey plate. Each cam with 2 sides and toasted corn bread. The cauliflower, beans and Banana Pudding was great. Mac and Cheese was okay. Seating was mostly outside but the have a small inside dining area. They do serve the ribs sauced, next time I will get sauce on the side.

Excellent BBQ - better service! I ordered an extra side and forgot to grab it - when I came back to ask for it they were very understanding and wound up giving me an entire grocery bags worth of food.

It was the nicest thing that has happened to me in a while and I just wanted to say thank you. It really did mean a lot to a random stranger.

Genuinely good dudes who care about making genuinely good food - it’s rare…

Tommy, Austin, Dale, Mark and Harvey, you all were spot on. Loved the large platter of ribs (6), cooked and seasoned perfect. Corn bread, yum!Loved the outdoor courtyard, they had a indoor( trailer ) dinning area as well. Go support the locals.
