Stopped in here while my car was being serviced at Subaru - brought my laptop and was hoping to get some work done. Very busy at 10:15 on a Tuesday morning - lots of others with the same idea! Was able to find a seat and it cleared out within an hour. Coffee was great and staff was quick/attentive, not only with me but all other customers who walked in the door. Spring coffee menu did not disappoint (:

I didn't expect this. Walked in for the first time on a weekday, and it was full and vibrant. Barista was enthusiastic and very nice (and clearly very caffeinated). Choice of several blends of drip coffee and the one I chose was fresh and delicious. There are like 4 Starbucks in that stretch of Arapahoe Rd. Please come to this place instead. It's much better.

Really good breakfast burrito, but very expensive for size.

The coffee is good, but the woman who has served me 3 times is always not that friendly. Not sure why, just seems to be in a bad mood.

If you work in the service industry, you should at least be welcoming and at least giving the appearance of wanting to be there.

So I ordered my coffee extra hot and it was Luke warm.

Definitely a miss. I ordered straight from their menu but decaf and was asked way too many questions about the order. It was off the menu, I feel like it should be prepared per the menu or tell me about the menu. But I don't know what you put in the drink, I just want to try it.

The one thing I actually asked for was completely ignored, extra hot.

Not a great first impression... I'd say this visit was a miss

The German Chocolate Brownie was pretty good but definitely suffered from being in the case...

Not a location I plan to return to.

7:56, 30 degrees outside. Woman inside stands with her back to the door, 5 feet away, on her phone. It's finally 8 and she walks to the opposite side of the restaurant and opens that door. Walks back to where we are standing, freezing, stops to play with her phone again. We decided not to spend our money on her horrible attitude.

The staff is really friendly and offered suggestions. The pastry’s are all served wrapped in Plastic and cold. I thought they would at least warm it up. Had the salted caramel latte with oat milk. It was very thick and a weird texture. It also had 5 shots but I’m not sure of what because there was no coffee or espresso taste. We asked about ice cream but they don’t serve it any more.

I don't live nearby but was happy to stumble over to a local coffee establishment. The batista was friendly, and the service was quick. A hot americano for a morning pick-me-up. The whole bean coffee station looks a little disorganized, but I spotted a well-balanced selection. I would happily share more coffee here.

This is a great coffee shop, with a large tea, coffee and cream selection. The prices were very affordable and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. This coffee shop is unique, it is the first coffee shop I have tried that has a full ice cream parlor, and offers I cream and shakes. The shop is well laid out and provides a great area to study, read or relax. This is a great coffee option compared to many of the large coffee chains. This is a great place to relax and grab a good cup of coffee, tea or ice cream.
