Excellent bourbon selection! Great atmosphere and prices that aren't marked up like other places. Spent some time talking with the owner, Drew and he was incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, passionate. Will look forward to seeing their selection grow even further as time goes on!

I decided to try out this “New” place. Online it said it was a butcher shop and high end spirits. When we got to Midtown there were no cars during the middle of the day on a Friday; which we thought they weren’t open and the building didn’t look like a retail store. And in fact it wasn’t a butcher shop. They just buy, by the loin and cut you at a recommended length. We were pretty upset that it actually wasn’t a “butcher shop”. The butcher side had things that I could get at Publix for $2 or more cheaper. We decided we had to get the steaks. They were very good steaks. But for the price I would rather go out and eat as if the same quality for way cheaper already cooked, prepared, and with sides for the same price. Then after getting the steaks they were kind to let us leave them on the counter and go check out the liquor side. I’m not sure why it’s called high end when all they had allocated was eagle rare and an allocated tequila. The “high end” was a small selection of fine wine that was crazy marked up. No wonder it’s called high end spirits because everything has high marked up prices. For example the crown Canadian was $66.99 when I can get it for $51.99, and another: Don Julio blanco 1.75ml at midtown is $113.99 when I get it for $92.99 at my normal liquor. That’s just some examples when it’s pretty much everything. It was a very nice place but had few selections and not price friendly. In the future I’m going to save a lot more and go somewhere with a bigger selection. Nice place just not worth it.

Stopped by to check out the new spot and had a wonderful experience! The team on both sides were so knowledgeable and willing to share! The butcher made a cut that was exactly what I needed from a local farm. Then, we went next door and learned a lot about wine and got us the perfect bottle! I was really impressed with the non alcoholic selection as well. Bravo Midtown Provisions! You added to the pie in our community and made it better!

Wonderful selection of meat, worth every penny. Staff was friendly and eager to please. Bought several different cuts of beef, they offered to season with SPG and vacuum seal since I didn’t have time to dry brine. Everyone loved their steaks, potato casserole and Brussels sprouts. Columbus is lucky to have Midtown Provisions, highly recommend.

I was SO impressed with the bourbon selection here at Midtown Provisions! They have a ton of great wine, bourbon, gin, vodka's and Rum. Also on the other side of the store my wife and I had the "Tuscan Chicken" dinner for 2 and it was FANTASTIC!! The heat times may need to be reviewed but once we got it all heated up it really was good. The pasta was perfect and the chicken was very tasty! We were helped by Sommer Nelson in the store and she was great - very kind and giving attitude which is huge. I really look forward to shopping here again the next time I am in Columbus., GA. It is a must see for bourbon lovers too.

Stopped in there for the first time yesterday. I’m very impressed. Met the owner, very friendly, gave me a rundown of everything they have to offer. Super excited that they have locally sourced products. The ribeyes I picked up are some of the best steaks I have ever tasted. Can’t wait to go back. Happy to support a local small business that is supporting other local small businesses. Encourage everyone to go check them out.
