We had so much fun with Leanne at the Sushi class, we asked her to create a grazing table for our son’s wedding. It was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Leanne, she was a pleasure to deal with and so creative.

I attended Sushi Making class with a friend. It was a great experience and very fun! Leanne was very knowledgeable, gave very easy to understand directions and feedback. I would definitely do another class with her. Looking forward to seeing what other classes she has available. Tonight we had a sushi making party at our home with our son and his fiancée putting our learned skills to work. Came out fantastic and everyone had a blast!

Just wrapped up my 1 on 1 charcuterie board-making lesson and I couldn’t be more pleased! Leanne was fantastic from start to finish. She came fully prepared with all the supplies so all I had to do was throw on my apron and enjoy the process.

What I really appreciated was her teaching style—she was hands-on in the best way possible. She guided me through each step and answered all my questions patiently, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. She also encouraged me to take notes along the way which was incredibly helpful for retaining everything I learned.

One of the best parts of the lesson was that she allowed me to be fully in control. While she was there to guide and support, she didn’t take over. I got to make the entire charcuterie board myself, gaining confidence in my own abilities. These charcuterie boards are visually stunning. With different textures of hard and creamy cheeses., specially cured meats, crackers, nuts, pickles and olives. She also adds sweet components like dried fruits, and chocolates, and edible flowers. So you have that sweet and savory component. The ingredients are of the highest quality. They really showcase chef Leanne’s culinary Artistry. She is so creative with shapes and colors. It’s almost to beautiful to eat!

Having been in the entertainment business for well over 20 years, I have tasted, sampled and eaten whatever dish or plate that the Chef was serving and I can say with absolute certainty, that everything that Leanne (I hope that I spelled it correctly!) served, was absolutely delicious! It was difficult to eat her charcuterie board, because I felt like I should hang it on my wall, due to it looking like a work of art! Her presentation is as professional and perfect as you can get! My work opted for a cooking class as a team bonding event for the in-office staff, and we ended up taking the Tuscan Dinner course instructed by Chef Leanne. We expected it to be more of a social gathering with some instructed cooking in between, but it was so much more! Chef Leanne taught us so much about not only what we were cooking, but why we were making it the way we were. She gave us so much useful info we could take into our homes, and made the whole thing a blast! You know she means business with how passionately she broke down the processes for us, but was also had us smiling and laughing the whole time. We had an amazing time and ended up with delicious plates of food and a wealth of information to take back to our own kitchens. We are so grateful to have had her as our Chef for the class and will absolutely be back!!
