We stopped in to have a slice of pizza at MainStage Brewery, while we were visiting Lyons. This building has housed many different businesses over the years. The restaurant was clean and orderly, and the pizza was delicious. Large slices that are perfectly foldable. I had a Pepperoni slice and my wife had the Wild Mushroom slice (daily special). The staff were friendly with a good knowledge of the menu. MainStage has live music on certain nights. They have lots of outdoor seating and even a heated seating area in the back of the restaurant. I definitely recommend stopping in for a slice and a few beers. The next time that we are in town, we will be back!

What a cool find. Loved the craft beers ( BiG selection!) and sours. Loved the pizza, salads, and sprouts. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! Delicious wood-fired pizza. Best Brussel Sprouts I have ever had out. Hands down.

Shared a flight with my darlin’. First time I had a sour I truly liked.

Friendly staff, fun vibe. The manager was so welcoming! Loads of seating in the main area, back, and outdoors. Lots of vegetarian offerings. Family and dog friendly.

Stopped on the way after town during a work trip. Great patio seating and plenty of parking nearby. Had the half Italian sandwich with the best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Buddy had a pepperoni pizza that was pretty good.

We stumbled across this amazing brewery when we were traveling to Colorado for a wedding. The chef is from Pittsburgh and it was hands down the best pizza we've ever had. If you're ever in the Boulder area, you HAVE to try this place.

Disappointing pizza. The crust was flavorless and stretched so thin it was crunchy and hard except for the outer edge. The whole pizza was lacking in flavor. Waited 45 minutes for it on a Saturday night (which is understandable when busy, but just wish I’d known). The outdoor space is fantastic and so nice. Lots of kids and dogs running around. Would def come back with friends if the pizza has been better!

MainStage Brewing is a good local brewery located in Lyons, Colorado. The drinks were delicious, as well as the food. Their QR Code ordering system is very fast and efficient. I had an overall good experience.

If you're in the mood for beer and pizza, this is your place. All of the MainStage beers were well made. They have a nice selection of guest beers that should satisfy everyone's palate.

The pizza was fantastic. Hommade dough can be seen being hand stretched from the kitchen. High quality ingredients shine through with each bite.

I also tried a half salad, which was not only very good but also generously portioned. Unless you're extremely hungry or planning to share, the half size is more than sufficient.

The brewery features a spacious, dog-friendly patio, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal.

Mainstream Brewing is a great little brewery. This building has a ton of history (ask the bartender for the book) it's been a brewery, butchery, murder row, and a brewery. While l dont expect the servers to tell me everything about their brews, the service is really friendly. On my stop they had: german pils, IPA, 2 west coast IPA's, hazy IPA, Double IPA, rasberry lager, amber, dunkel, peach lemonade seltzer, and a few guest taps. They have a ton of outdoor space plus several tables inside. The food was decent, and I definitely hope to come back.
