my favorite place to get a sweet treat, and i'm infamously not usually a chocolate enjoyer. when i tell you Läderach has converted me i mean it! my family's been to the store multiple times and we've never had issues with the service there. it can be a bit pricey, but their free samples are always great. my favorite flavors are the hazelnut milk chocolate and the dried raspberry dark chocolate.

Great selection of gift chocolate boxes. They usually offer free tasting, in a way of giving a piece upon your entrance. You can also ask to sample what you like.

So cool!!! They let you sample the chocolates!!! Also the presentation was amazing. JJ really knows his stuff! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience and letting us know the background of each piece of chocolate that we tried! We ended up getting the quarter pound of the singular pieces, some of which were from where my family's from in Piedmont Italy! Which was awesome to find out too! I highly recommend it!

Worst customer service i have ever seen in San Francisco Premium Outlet. The employee was yelling at me and telling me to take my place screaming. And the manager was watching and did nothing. He just made a remark to me instead of punishing the employee. I was very upset.

Ask for the ice pack. The patron in front of me was given one, I was not. $40 of chocolate truffles melted into unappetizing goo. My fault for thinking my suitcase wouldn't get that hot? Yes. Would it have been nice for them to offer the ice pack? Also yes. That's why I'm still giving 3 stars.

Yuuummm. My favorite chocolate..worth the price. Have free samples too.. although the service can improve for the employee to be a bit more energetic and friendlier.. maybe not his day.. but be back for the quality of chocolate.
