Here on Valentine’s Day so I had to get some chocolate. Amazing staff. Gave samples to try. Ended up buying the dark chocolate ones by weight. Hopefully I don’t eat it all at once.

They have nice ones in really pretty packaging. They told me it’s cheaper to get it by the weight. And it was only for me so that’s what I did

I stopped by this Laderach chocolate store today while I was shopping in Glendale Galleria mall. I walked past the store first because I didn't see anyone inside but saw someone in front with a tray so I made a U turn and walked back into the store. The moment I walked inside, the people holding the tray asked if I wanted to try a sample. I got to pick between the dark chocolate or white chocolate so I went with the dark chocolate with peanut. I thought it was okay but didn't like the peanut. I looked at some of the gift box they had in the store but the prices were kind of high. Even for the pack of like 5 chocolates, the price was still high. You can make your own box too and pick what chocolate you want but I didn't go for that option. The staff are very friendly here and will give you recommendations if you ask.

Premium chocolates flown in from Switzerland. Really friendly adorable staff. They'll give you samples to try. Prices are higher but you do get what you pay for.

Wow, just wow! The staff here is amazing. We were greeted with smiles and free samples and ended up buying a chunk of dark almond chocolate. Now the price is about $55 a lb, but you can get a nice chunk for 10 15 bucks. This is the best chocolate I've ever tried.

Luxury chocolatier with chocolate directly sourced from Switzerland. Quite pricy but definitely a unique spot if you’re looking for a family business that sources divine sweets from the Swiss Alps!

This place is so amazing you will not want to leave the store. Soon as you walk in, an associate welcomes you in and you get that one on one with associate. You will be offered endless samples until the perfect chocolate is found for your taste bud. The chocolate is perfectly priced so you can get as little or much as whatever your heart my desire. Läderach has wide variety of gift ideas as well for any perfect occasion. I highly recommend you stop by for all your chocolate needs.

I've been going to Läderach since 2022 and they started off with not many customer and their customer service at that time was excellent. Each customer are treated with friendliness and care!! The associate would take the time and walk you through the whole experience and giving you the amount of patiences needed to pick your gift and your very faviorite chocolate.
I am very happy that more people get to know Läderach as a brand and most importantly that people love their chocolate!! However, I have noticed that their store asociates stopped being as friendly and as patient as they used to be.

I've fell in love with their most popular hazenult milk chocolate and have always gotten their whole sheet of hazelnut milk chocolate since! However, the last time I went, I found out that my associate did not grab my sheet from their original packaging but instead from the front counter.. and I tried my chocolate right after I got home but the hazelnut did not tasted fresh at all.. My reason of buying the whole sheet was so that my chocolate had not been opened before so the nuts will stay crunchy and fresh.. but her action ruined the whole experience 🙁 Also, she did not include any samples which is okay but they used to include samples every single time in the past.

Today, I went again and still found that they were not as friendly. I like the fact that they still let customers or anyone try their hazelnut milk chocolate and they always have a dedicated associate giving out samples at the entrance of the store. But I've noticed that the associates are less likely to offer other chocolate samples even when customers have the intentions of buying them. It seems as though they judge their customer and treat them differently depending on whether they feel like the customer will buy the chocoate or not.. Which really ruined my view and high expectation of Läderach's service. They were so so much better back then.

Anyways, I still got my usual favorite, their hazelnut milk chocolate, milk chocolate cornflake, and strawberry BUT did not get their whole sheet because I'm afraid they'll just bag it like last time. Really recommend their hazenult milk chocolate if you have not tried it yet, go grab a piece of their sample and you'll fall in love with it!! The hazelnut are usually pretty fresh but there are times where it tasted a bit old.. but you can always ask for sample before you buy to check the freshness. My 4 stars goes to their delicious chocolate, I really wish they can improve on their customer service and give everyone the amazing Läderach exprrence like they used to offer!!
