Great butcher shop, a bit expensive, Even for a semi-high-end butcher but I will get giving it another chance... Especially, because I'm typically the one complaining about the lack of great, quality & dedicated butcher shops in our modern era's version of Downtown Littleton! 🙂

I stopped in here by chance looking for some good steaks for my wife’s birthday. I grabbed a couple strips and ribeyes. I also got a bottle of their seasoning (remember that part). Their steaks are vacuum sealed so thawing is a breeze. I’ve let them thaw overnight or even thaw on the counter if I forgot. Both times the steaks are perfectly ready for grilling. I generously coated the steaks in the seasoning I bought from them as I like to get a good crust on my steaks. Oh. My. Gosh. I’ve never had better steak in my life. It is so flavorful and even the strip is almost as tender as a filet. The seasoning is absolutely fantastic on the steaks. Its a little pricey, but dang. After having it with the steak is so worth it and I’m going to definitely get more.

Expensive, but of great quality! We picked up four filets and some of their seasoning. Hands down the best steak I’ve had at home, and it rivals the steak you get at all the high-end steakhouses. I will buy from them again!

I used to wait tables at two of the finest steak houses in the United States. Chops Atlanta and Del Frisco’s in New York City. I know a great steak. I recently had a box of ribeyes given to me. I really wasn’t expecting a whole lot in terms of me quality. Oh my gosh was I wrong. Some of the absolute best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Hands-down.

Best steak I have ever had! I've made some great steaks purchased from various markets and ate at some of the top restaurants but this tops them all! Got a prime and top choice fillet and both were absolutely phenomenal. I will be back again for sure.

Pretty disappointing

In hindsight I should have went through and read the reviews instead of just assuming from the star ratings. As someone had mentioned 11 months earlier, it’s just 6 or 7 freezers filled with meat. Was hoping to pick up stuff fresh and ready to cook but ended up having to thaw it out for the next day. Not likely to go back.
