I was just in for the first time and ordered a vanilla latte (my drink of choice when trying any coffee shop for the first time) and it was amazing! Smooth, rich, and the perfect amount of vanilla. I usually have to ask places to cut the vanilla in half because they make them way too sweet, but this one was perfect. CJ was super nice and engaging. I will be back for sure! ~Ashley

Just the Drip coffee is a mind altering experience. No where else can you watch the coffee beans be caressed and so carefully cared for, both physically and emotionally. The reason CJs coffee is so smooth is because of his Wagyu method, which he puts on display for lucky customers. I imagine he has probably seen at least one coffee plant in his life, and so he really understands the entire process. Come get a Carmel Pumpkin Spice Macchiato on ice and be prepared for your entire coffee related reality to completely shift. 10/7

It was the day after Xmas and my usual coffee shops were overflowing with tourists. I decided to walk a little further down Main Ave and walked into Just the Drip. CJ was so kind and friendly and I felt like we had been friends for years! My latte and food were amazing! I will be back and can't wait to try more 🙂

The dedication to craft is apparent, and the quality never fails. My taste bugs always want more of what CJ is brewing up! He throws down for super low acid beans, which makes for a really smooth beverage. His holiday special egg nog latte was rich AF, basically a meal! This place is my downtown coffee go-to 🙂
