Las hamburguesas y las ensaladas son espectaculares ! La carne es magnífica, y la forma de elaborarlas, tienen varias opciones !
Tienen una tienda con Productos de la región magnífica, y en la que ofrecen la carne que producen y sus quesos artesanales que son deliciosos !
El servicio por parte del personal es magnífico, y están siempre al pendiente que no te falte nada !
Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y con decoración propia de la región !
Lo único que creo que podrían mejorar, es tener un poco más de opciones de vino, Prof dos diferentes copas de vino tinto y no fueron de mi agrado !

We were really excited to try this place traveling from out of town based off the reviews! You walk in and they tell you how long the wait is based off your party (we waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated). Unfortunately, there is not a lot of standing room inside the restaurant and it’s pretty cold to wait outside in the winter. Once they call your name you order your food at the register and then sit at your assigned table. When we were waiting in line to order 2 groups of people cut in front of us, I would recommend them organizing the line a little better. It took us 30 minutes from ordering to get our 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. The waiting for the food was less than ideal as our table was seated right by the “waiting area” we had people standing over us about 80% of our meal (see photos).

The food was pretty good though. They cook everything medium unless you say otherwise. We prefer medium, one came out medium the other was medium well which is unfortunate. If you plan on sharing the fries you can do away with a small order. The large we got was a lot to share between 2 people.

Overall I would come back, just in the summer to be able to sit outside. The experience may be better in the summertime!

I have wanted to come here since booking our trip and it did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly, the guy who took our order today around noon was so nice and helpful. We got the signature burger, which was delicious and full of flavor! We loved what the farm stood for. Loved walking around the farm and learning about the history/farm etc. while we waited for our food. I want to try everything on the menu!

Around 6pm- the restaurant was already busy for the evening rush. We had to wait 15-20 mins. for a Party of 5. They were able to open the back area. Not bad.
You get seated, make selections and then make your way to the cashier to order your food. Soon after your order will be sent to your table.
Food was ok. I made better and juicier burgers the next day. Fingerling potatoes were soggy and not hot. Sent them back to warm them up more. Dissatisfied with them again. We tried to eat them but still soggy. Tip: place the potatoes in a water bath for a few hours. They will be so much more crispy when cooking them! Better the next day in an air fryer as hash browns!
The service was excellent. The staff would come by and ask if we needed anything as they served with a smile. Overall- it did not seem like the standards we were looking for (based on the raving reviews) but the staff made the evening nice! 😊

Awesome place to stop. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting outside on picnic tables on the grass. Appreciate the sustainable, regenerative farming concept. Great place to bring kids. Enjoyed the succulent steak sandwich, kale slaw and fries for sides. Burger’s looked good too. Really liked the Kola!

James Ranch Grill was 100% a highlight of our trip to Durango. The ranch itself was so beautiful, with an amazing view. It was so fun to see the cows and goats, as well as visit their country store. I tried the signature burger and the fingerling fries, both of which were just amazing. It is a unique and delicious dining experience that is definitely worth it!

Best food we had in Durango area. Went here 2 nights in a row and neither disappointed. Amazing farm to table and the vibe you get being on the ranch is pure bliss. If you get lucky enough to catch a sunset that’s an added bonus. Family owned. Owners are lovely people

This is a really cute place! You can tell a lot of hard work and dedication has gone into making this a reality and I’m really happy for them. The view is incredible. The hay straws are really neat and I wish it was an option to have hay straws more places. The burger was really good. I wasn’t a fan of the dressing that came with the beet salad and the goat cheese didn’t taste as tangy as goat cheese typically does but those are personal preferences that are my own taste and doesn’t subtract from their overall quality. The tractor soda was great and the rootbeer float with homemade vanilla bean ice cream was refreshing!
