個人覺得最好吃的冰淇淋餅乾，回到Bay Area一定要回味吃好幾個不同口味才過癮，吃了心情會變好...
可惜之前免費提供保麗龍盒保冰帶回家，現在要額外花10元美金買乾冰配保麗龍，至少有提供這個選擇算不錯。

Love it!! Its It is one of my favorite ice creams, and this was the first time we got to come down and pick some up. Very simple and easy to walk in, pick a few ice cream flavors and head back out. And since the ice cream sandwiches were only $2 each, it was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Most delicious ice cream sandwich without an equal - equally as great is the staff.

Traveling, I placed an order and picked up a case to surprise my kids and share the wonderful treat. Incredibly helpful and timely assistance from everyone I worked with at It's It.

Unfortunately, United Airlines had me check the package and promptly lost it somewhere upon arrival in NJ...Sadness set in when after an more than an hour of looking, they couldn't find it.

I had this fear as the United agents didnt seem incredibly confident in where the checked package should go and put it in the oversized luggae area even though it was a small box. Next time I will put a bluetooth tag in to track it as my checked luggage.

I will dream of what could have been. Hope someone at the airport is at least enjoying them.

Regardless thanks you It's It team, wish United Airlines was a 5 star like your crew!

Update: It’s It crew even better than expected. Enough dry ice to protect the package while lost for almost 48hours. Rock solid frozen! So very happy! Thank you!

I love Its-It. Been eating them for decades. Even grew up near the factory but never bothered to visit. What a mistake! The factory has flavors not easily available at most retailers. A great, quick visit and you'll be all set. When I was there a woman was buying four or five dozen for coworkers. I'm updating my resume.

Amazing customer service. I needed to buy a case to take back to New York on Jan 31st 2025. I have to say great packing and help from the young lady at the front counter. I bought dry ice and the box for the airport. My ice cream made it to New York perfectly. No problem with TSA and storage on the plane. I grew up in San Francisco, and I had to bring back every flavor to share with my family. My family said this was the best ice cream sandwich they ever had. Thank you so much. I'm so happy your business is still thriving...

Fun walk-in closet sized store to get all your It's-It ice creams at. They have every flavor here and you can purchase a case to go with a styrofoam igloo container. They charge $10 for dry ice if you need it. They also sell an assortment of clothing. Check it out if you can while in the area. Would return again
