It felt like a nostalgic journey back to my childhood on the Taste the 80s tour. The highlights? Bioluminescent cotton candy, AirHeads, and a freshly prepared (never frozen) Mexican sundae. Highly recommend—Chef Ian truly made our day! Remember to get your tickets ahead of time.

Had so much fun! If you wanna do something different and try all kinds of crazy and unique candies and desserts, you gotta come to The Inventing Room!
The owner is really nice, and you will learn so much not just about how to make the sweets and candy but about whatever is the theme of the month! 100% recommended for adults and kids alike!!

We had a phenomenal time here- we loved the science aspect and the demonstration was lively and exciting. Our six year old was entranced by the entire thing. The Duran Duran Sunday was excellent, as was the cotton candy. Seriously worth the ticket price- we will be back again soon!

Sit back and let chef take you on a fun and funky edible tour of the 80s!

Tons of fun, educational (but not enough to be boring), and most of all, delicious.

What a great way to spend an afternoon. Great for all ages! Just make sure to come in hungry!

We attended a special 80s Dessert Tasting Journey at The Inventing Room, and it was absolutely mind-blowing! Every creation felt like a mix of a science experiment and a sweet adventure. The Mexican Sundae was hands down one of the best sundaes I’ve ever had—it tasted just like a churro! The freeze-dried Jello Pudding Pop and freeze-dried Milk Dud were equally incredible, bringing nostalgic flavors with an innovative twist. Everything was freeze-dried, whimsical, and delicious.

The entire experience was made even better by owner Ian Kleinman, whose passion and creativity brought the desserts to life in the most entertaining way. If you love unique, interactive, and seriously delicious desserts, The Inventing Room is a must-visit!

This place is so fun! We’re brought our daughter here for a birthday party and the kids all had a blast! Ian was an amazing host and had lots of fun stories and demonstrations. I highly recommend it!

What a fun experience! Loved not only the food but also the presentation. The black light room was a hit with the kiddos (and adults). If you’re looking for a different dessert experience come here!
