Normally Emily is the employee working there and she has always been friendly and helpful! Went in tonight to pick up a mobile order and the manager was working instead and we had a horrific customer service experience. Waited 40 minutes for the cookies to be ready (she did not have to bake more) and when I got up to the register to tell her I had a mobile order she acts suspicious and starts mocking me. This was one of my favorite places to get cookies in Conway, but I won’t be returning.

Had to pause while eating to write this review. I order online only but these cookies and people are amazing! They go above and beyond. Delivery is super fast too. Thank you Emily for the great service and warm cookies!

This place was quite busy today. Had to wait in line for a while but after ordering I got the cookies pretty quickly. I got a six-pack and for some variety I chose 2 chocolate chunk, 1 oatmeal raisin, 1 snicker doodle, 1 peanut butter and 1 white chip macadamia. All were pretty good and served warm. At $2.45 each they're a bit grippy but the six-pack brings it down to about $2.12 each. I'll have to go back and try the mini cookies sometime.

The cookies tasted amazing and were nicely soft-baked. The staff were sweet and did their job properly. The only con I see is there are no sugar-free options, I would consider adding some sugar-free options for people who have diabetes thyroid disease, or any high blood sugar conditions.

Charles was VERY NICE to bring my order to my car since I wasn’t able to get out. I appreciate him and wanted to let him know and his bosses as well. It’s little acts of kindness like this that will make me go back again and I recommend others.

A co-worked from UAMS made a trip from Little Rock after working all night to Conway store on Farris Rd saying how good they are. Well, now I have ate my Caramellionaire and cookies and cream ice cream with my snickerdoodle and sugar cookie. Everything was good but my favorite was the Caramellionaire ice cream and the sugar cookie.
