Been meaning to make this review.

I love love LOVE this truck. It's my favorite place to get fried chicken in town. The owner is so sweet and friendly. If I remember correctly, she's from the south and definitely knows how to make a juicy, tasty fried chicken. Food has been delicious and consistent every time I've been. Shoestring fries are golden, crispy, and taste amazing dipped in their special sauce. Definitely worth a stop to try. Dine small!

They were open on NYE which was a plus. My fries were stale and tasted worse than McDonald’s fries, I’ve had better chicken from Safeway, and my cauliflower was just soaked in grease. We asked for spicy and it was not spicy. Very expensive for sub par food.

This was probably the best hot chicken sandwich I've ever had. Their sauce is so flavorful, the first bite into the sandwich showed how juicy and tender the chicken was, my only complaint is I ate the sandwich too fast, I couldn't even finish my fries!

Went for a lunch date with my wife. Chicken was perfect. I had the spicy straps, and Liz had the regular chicken sandwich. Absolutely reccomend. Delicious

Chicken isn't breaded, it's only floured before fried. Their "spicy" isn't spicy at all. You literally asked me if I wanted "spicy or not spicy." Spend $14+tax+tip for their largest (small) portion and you still won't be full and will either have to buy more or go somewhere else. I had high hopes, but pretty disappointed.

Edit for response to owner:
Update 2: doesn't change the fact that the amount of chicken you give out is miniscule for the price you pay. That's literally what I care about and adding a completely different item does not solve that. The simple solution is upping the portion size.

Regardless of how you "try to fix it" the portion sizes you give out to everyone are small and you should fix it for everyone. Not a sole customer who complained and told the truth. I was with a group and we all agreed that this was an issue. I'll come back to see if it's better in the future but you responding to me as "come talk to me like a man". Get off your high horse, that isn't how you interact with an bad review. I'm sorry that you serve small portions and people take notice of that, I shouldn't have to talk to you and ask for more after the sale is complete. I'm just posting what the truth is.
