This coffee shop is owned by one of my closest friends, and I can honestly say I always leave happy & impressed after coming to Guillermo’s. From new drink & food options to the whole bean coffee to the cold brew or just my favorite almond milk latte with sugar free vanilla, it is always fabulous to shop here, have my coffee here or meet up with a friend here. I even bought new local Arkansan art here that was displayed on the walls. I also love what James has done with the decor, menu design, and social media. I am so impressed with his imprint on the community/community collabs & events as well the wholesale coffee business he has developed. He has connected the community seamlessly. I will continue to come here for whole bean coffee & daily coffee for years to come!

Long wait time when we arrived. Friendly service, but disorganized operation.. The food was meh. We had an espresso and a cappuccino but it tasted wrong. The toast and panini are overpriced for the simplicity of it and taste is disappointing. The fruits on the side didn't look fresh. Overall bad experience unfortunately.. Deco looks nice though.. Improvement needed.

We’ve been here multiple times. It’s a great alternative to the regular run of the mill coffee shops. I had the summer drink, Myrtle Beach (with Dr Pepper) so good and refreshing! Tom got a cold brew and a blueberry pop tart. All very good. It was very hot in here but it’s like 95 outside so that’s going to be a thing plus they roast their own beans in house so that probably factors in.

I have to say, the first time I went here I was not happy. For some reason, I held off on reviewing it, and when I had company arrive from out of town, I went in for the second time. I specifically noted to my company that I had yet to review it and wanted to give it a second try. I'm glad I did. The two male baristas working were friendly, engaging, and informed! Quite the contrary from my previous experience where I felt like an uneducated burden. Ok, I was optimistic. We each ordered our coffees, one peppermint mocha and one seasonal gingerbread apple latte. Next, we each ordered a make your own breakfast sandwich. I got an everything bagel with turkey, gruyere, tomato, cucumber, and avocado with the Basil pesto sauce. My friend had nearly an identitical sandwich with hers being everything bagel, turkey, gruyere, tomato, and the sweet onion sauce. She devoured hers, perhaps with haste because I had not yet received mine. Well that changed very quickly and I could understand my friends zeal for her meal. It was delicious!!!! Now our coffees were absolutely delightful. I drove over to my husbands job to share my excitement, and he promptly spilled my delicious coffee ? I got one picture because it was gone quickly.

Absolutely LOVE Guillermo’s! When I first moved to LR, it was like a home away from home! The staff are very friendly and the owner, James, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They always have such unique and delicious drinks and food on their menu. My all time favorite drink is the Chai tea Latte with oat milk & it is amazing every time!! They also have lots of unique local goods in their shop!

The chai latte was very good. They had a wonderful assortment of food and drinks and a very cozy atmosphere. It did take about 30 minutes to get my drink, but I think they were short-handed and doing the best they could. Seating is a bit hard to get but only because it is so popular which I think speaks as more important. I would have to go back to see if the service time improves but all in all a good place for coffee and food on a rainy, Saturday morning with friends.

I LOVE this place!!! The atmosphere is great. Great customer service, food, coffee and tea!! You can sit at a table with friends or chill on one of the comfy sofas and charge your phone while chatting with friends and enjoying your beverage or food!! When the weather is nicer (not so cold) you can sit outside while enjoying your drink!!
