Mmmmm yum ? who doesn’t love some cookies!!! ? ? every time I have gone there the staff is always nice and it always smells soooooooooo delicious in there!! I love the pizza slices of cookies those are always so great chocolate chip plus some icing and always soft! I love love love loveeee their doozies I think that’s what they’re called. I call them sandwich cookies! The sprinkle ones have always been scrumptious! Cookies are soft and plentyyyyy of icing! Love their icing!!!

Hey GACC… the price has gone up substantially (which I fully understand), but the cookie getting extremely thin is just unacceptable to me. We buy a lot of cookie cakes here, but can’t continue to if the cookie is going to be about an 1/8” thick. Let’s get back to basics.

All the cookies are great, I have never tasted a bad one, Also my favorite type of cookies to get are the regular sugar cookie, Double Doozie, or their colossal cookies. They can also make any cookie into a Double Doozie.
Service is great, and extremely patient with me.
I do need help with scanning my receipt to get points on the app, if that’s possible.

I am giving them 2 stars because the cookie did look really nice. The cookie itself had absolutely no flavor, and the icing was just way too sweet. I tried eating the cookie without the icing... it didn't taste any better. I ended up just throwing the whole thing away. I wasted $40.00 on this...I will not be getting another one.

I bought a slice of cookie cake for my wife. She thought the taste was alright but could get a slice that tasted better for cheaper at Harps. I think the service was perfectly friendly but I think the one slice of cookie cake was like over $6. Not really sure what I paid for, I suppose that the cookie was in a triangle rather than a circle. Will not rebuy but had my heart set on getting my wife specifically a cookie cake slice becuase she loves it.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Rogers location. Kayla decided to use her power trip as a "manager" instead of satisfying customer service. I ordered a cake to pick up at 5 Friday. Something came up and I'll be out of pocket and unable to pick up. I asked to pick up even one hour early and the answer was no we only have 1 cake decorator. I expressed my opinion of only having 1 cake decorator on graduation weekend and her response verbatim was "let us know when you find us a cake decorator for us to hire." Then she proceeded to accuse me of calling her ignorant. She insisted on cancelling my order. I asked her to have the owner call me which he never did.

I called the Fayetteville location that has a different owner and they were happy to have my order done by noon Friday. I have spent a lot of money in the Rogers location since they have opened. I'll never be back. I'll support the Fayetteville location going forward.

I was picking up a cookie cake in the middle of a downpour and the employees had the box wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet on the walk to my truck. I appreciated it.
