Very clean and large selection of items. Employees are friendly and helpful. Produce and bakery are fresh. Deli counter is helpful and makes delicious sandwiches, salads and side dishes. Clothes section has trendy selection. Overall, items are a bit pricey. However, there are a few sales bins located throughout the store. I think they could use a larger selection of automotive and hardware items, as well as home decor.

Store had many sales with a great selection and I was very pleased until we checked out. Our cashier Lilly was a total jerk. All she had to do was kindly help me input my number instead of acting like I was an idiot. Don’t run into Lilly.

Love this store. Great selection of items with great prices. My complaint and only reason for not giving 5 stars is i do not like the split isle design. They aisles are split down the middle and it makes it hard to locate the items and it tends to get really crowded in the middle walkway as people are looking for what they need.

In 2017, we had breakfast at the iHop in Silverdale, WA. The food was great, but I was so mad by the time we left because the music was horrible. It was the kind scientifically engineered to drive you out of the restaurant as fast as possible. On November 12, 2024, we bought a couple of suitcases and lunch at Fred Meyer. The employees and the sandwich were great, but the music was way worse than iHop's. I was gritting my teeth and couldn't get out of the store fast enough. A grocery store should have pleasant, inviting music to encourage customers to enjoy wandering the aisles, browsing and filling up the cart. I challenge Fred Meyer executives to play that utter crap in their meetings and offices. See how long that lasts. I feel sorry for the store employees who are forced to endure that stuff every day. I would never work there. I will never shop there again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had speaking with a pharmacy. Up here from Utah with my wife’s family. Ran out of my prescription, called to get some transferred up here and all I got was accusations from the tech thinking I’m trying to scam her into giving me more… INSULIN… No narcotics, nothing addictive, just a necessity of life prescription. I cannot even believe it was even a real conversation. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I can’t remember a time I’ve ever been treated so condescendingly in my life. Wish I got her name.
