Great coffee shop with room for game play. Visited Enchanted Grounds on a Saturday morning around 8:45am. It was fairly slow when we arrived but picked up / got busy around 9:30 or so. Some food available if you're hungry but nothing super heavy. Lots of games for sale and room to play while you enjoy your drink.

Took my grandchildren here to play my first D&D game and had such a marvelous time! I learned so much and we had lots of the other customers wanting to know what we were playing. The kids had a great time, and each got to choose something to take home. We bought dice, books and blank character sheets. Nice selection of all these things, as well as lots of games. You can even check out a game to play before you purchase it.

The drinks were delicious, a fruit smoothie, dairy-free hot cocoa, and some gluten-free snacks.

We were playing D&D and had a marvelous time. Our dungeon master was very adaptive, and had a great personality for working with Boomers, Millennials, and Gen Alpha. The store is well laid out and a welcoming space for shopping and game playing. They have an enormous number of games for sale and for play in the store; try before you buy! And their coffee and milk shakes are killer. Need alternate milks? No problem.

This place seems to be equal parts gamers' paradise and coffee shop. Many tables are available inside and outside for coffee and role playing games. Both the coffee shop and the game counter share the same hours and have both early and late hours.

The coffee shop has many caffeinated and non-caffeinated options - drip and espresso drinks, loose lead teas, apple cider, and they have a few signature drinks, too. They offer unlimited drip and loose leaf, too! The decaf cappuccino I had was good - great foam, but the decaf tasted a bit burnt (which admittedly could just be that I don't like decaf much), and our cinnamon apple cider was delightful. They source their beans locally from Boulder, and I look forward to trying the regular drip and espresso.

There is a counter of pastries and chocolates, candies and chips, and there is a cooler for other beverages. You could definitely spend hours here.

Decent coffee, but the prices on all the games are horrible. Do not buy trading cards here, they will rip you off

Edit: Please go to other local game stores. They will treat you nicely and give you a decent deal 🙂

I left here feeling absolutely stupid. I don’t know much about Magic the Gathering. But my brother and his partner play. I wanted to get something for BIL for Christmas. What I originally wanted was sold out at the Wizards Chests. So I called Enchanted Grounds yesterday and spoke with a man that said he had lots of things he could show me. I didn’t get a chance to go last night as I had a family emergency I had to defuse. I’m not sure exactly what it was I saw at Wizards Chest. but it has a cool tin case and a few things inside that were collectors items. The man at Wizards chest explained to me that each tin was for specific colored decks. I finally got the deck color my BIL uses, again to late to get the item from wizards chests as it sold out.

I have known about Enchanted Grounds for a long time as they first opened as I was moving out of the neighborhood over 10 years ago. So I know it’s good if they have been around so long. I was excited to come in buy a coffee while I buy something for my brother in law. The girl with long hair dark behind the counter was not very welcoming to me. Everything else was more important to her than helping a customer ready to spend money. When she finally decided to help me, she made me feel so unwelcome and ignorant to what I was talking about. When I mentioned what I saw at Wizards chest, then all of a sudden she has things to show me. But proceeded to tell me if I don’t really know what I’m looking at or how to play or what I’m talking about then there was nothing she could do for me. Instead of making this a teaching/ helping moment she made this a very uncomfortable feeling for a very new open minded customer. And I’m really upset about that because the coffee smelled amazing. It’s hard to find magic things locally and I’m a huge believer in shopping locally and supporting small businesses so I’m just really sad this happened to my first experience back after their grand opening so long ago.

This place is awesome and so is the staff. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs. This place has great coffee and is also a great place for tabletop games, both to purchase and to play. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so.

This shop would be an easy recommendation if not for their hypocritical use of AI 'art' on their website and in their promotional material. There are hundreds of local artists and photographers who could use the work, it's disappointing to see.
