I've been coming here for about a year now and I've always had a great experience. The staff is always so friendly and helpful even when I don't know what to get. Their cookies are my favorite. Their fruit is always fresh and delicious. They also offer same day delivery! 10/10!

We placed an order for 11:30 am pick up. I arrived at 11:35 am and told it wasn’t ready, waited 30 minutes. I opened the box and strawberries were white, strewn about the box. It was suppose to read “Let it Snow” and you couldn’t make out the words as letters on strawberries were facing in various directions. The floor was dirty, I could see fruit and open boxes strewn about in work area. The glass case was so dirty that you couldn’t see displayed fruit. When I asked for refund, the clerk did not know how. I was told I had to wait an hour for manager to arrive. I called Customer Care and they were able to assist with cancellation.

Seriously, read the reviews! Spent over 200$ just to get these dead flowers and for it to be missing an item on Mothers Day! And they charge you 9.99 for guaranteed delivery which again missing items. Please take business elsewhere!!!

This West Covina location is so horrible. I've had several issues with them. I ordered fruit for my friend once and they weren't fresh and just today my boyfriend ordered a preserve rose and I didn't even get it. Instead they gave me some half dead roses. It's Valentines Day and this is what you give people? They should be ashamed. I will never order from this company or use this location ever again.

I didn’t like how the flowers came looking half dead and paid for a balloon and it didn’t come with it it was pricey for what I ordered I expected to be better.
