I wanted to take a moment to share a delightful experience my husband and I had during our recent stay at the Hotel Maverick. The front office staff recommended we try the Devils Kitchen, and I’m so glad we did!
The atmosphere was elegant and pleasant, making it a wonderful dining experience. I enjoyed the Roundabout Ravioli, while my husband opted for the Short Ribs. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our meal.
If you're looking for a nice place to recommend to parents or staff, I wholeheartedly suggest Devils Kitchen.

Wow delicious! Brady was a fun, attentive, overall provided great service! The food was amazing, the views were great, the drinks were delicious! Complimentary champagne for our celebration was good too! Would definitely recommend the wild sausage plate and the bison tamale!

Our meals were delicious. We had jambalaya and bison. Appetizer of deviled eggs that were yummy. Jacob our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Enjoyed our meals and will definitely visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed the Salmon, Ribeye, and Artichoke dip for starters. The Bison tamale was very savory - and is served stacked. The portions are large (for dinner) and could easily be shared.

We had a reservation and did feel a little rushed getting messages earlier than expected about if we were on the way, when we arrived the restaurant was empty. We were not rushed in any way upon arrival or during the visit, just through the reservation app. It’s a nice atmosphere and unique area/location.

My first visit was for an amazing Brunch, this time for an amazing dinner. Great presentation of delicious unique and some classics. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Blown away with the food we all ordered and dessert.

Went here for a late lunch per my friend's recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We got there at 2:10 pm and were advised that the kitchen was closed until 3 pm so we had some drinks at the bar while we waited. The bartender was friendly and the beers were cold.

Once we got seated a few items weren't ready but that didn't impact what we were ordering. We had the deviled eggs to start which were a unique flavor considering the eggs had tempura on them. The taste was very good but missing a bit of salt. We also had the buffalo pork rinds which were very crispy and full of flavor with the buffalo sauce being a bit lighter in coating than I'd like. The lavender ranch dipping sauce was outstanding and I had it again with my meal. The sourdough bread had solid flavor but I would have preferred it a bit softer in the middle; still enjoyed it though.

The main course was the Devil's burger which was cooked medium rare per my request with duck chips and asparagus. The burger was quite good but the duck chips (their house french fries cooked in duck fat) were out of this world especially when dipped in the lavender ranch.

Our waitress Laura was outstanding and even put up with my friend's antics as I was very well behaved. She was friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. Thanks for the great experience.
